For my opinion why people pursue their education to the highest level because it looks on the situation now.
ReplyDeleteStart on year 2009, the economic global are down. The European countries are giving the major effect to the Asia country in the economic crisis. From here, the opportunities working in the world are going down. The chances for new graduates to works are very thin. In this problem we look many fresh graduate are further their study to the highest level or not work.
Second, it looks at the family status either depends on the education status or the poor or rich in the families. When we look at the education status, most student from PMR or SPM are not interested to further study has following the family job either fishermen or do the village job. But for the students are interested to study, there are going to any institution to study either government or private institution.
Lastly, it may be the friend. In certain cases the friend are helping to through the positive direction or the negative direction.
However how many resend or opinion we giving, the main has depend on your self either to pursue education to the highest level or to work.

For my opinion why people pursue their education to the highest level because it looks on the situation now.
Start on year 2009, the economic global are down. The European countries are giving the major effect to the Asia country in the economic crisis. Second, it looks at the family status either depends on the education status or the poor or rich in the families. Third, this may be from the experience in the industrial training. What we understood the industrial training is the transaction place between study and working. For the students are the first times in industrial training, they getting the new experience either skill or knowledge, if they are goes at the right position and the same field. But for students are getting the wrong position and wrong field, they are a nightmare for him. May be they do not know what he want to do and lastly after finish industrial training they further study to the highest level.
Forth, when we look at the position and the salary in the company at Malaysia, it depends on the certificate we have. If we compare the fresh graduates are having diploma and fresh graduates are having degree, we can conclude the fresh graduates degree are having a good position and high salary compare to fresh graduate diploma. For example in Petronas Company especially the position for executive should have the degree certificate. That why we look at people are working in Petronas Company, most of them further study to get the certificate of degree.
Lastly, it may be the friend. In certain cases the friend are helping to through the positive direction or the negative direction.
However how many opinion we giving, the main decision has depend on your self either to pursue education to the highest level or to work.

Nowadays, people further their study easier than to find a job. At Tatiuc for example, we are welcome all diploma graduates to further study in Tatiuc.Tatiuc management also will help them to find a study loan to settle their study fee. That’s why, people more prefer to attend college than go to the battle of job competition.
Because of economic crisis last year, there are many giant companies such as SONY, SLUMBERGER and etc are close their door for temporary. No more workers to be hire. Especially for fresh graduates, they need a lot of money to spend for training. So, fresh graduates are more possibility to become a jobless.
From SPA statistic, for one vacancy there are 10000 people were applied.Probility to get job is only 0.0001.The chance fresh graduates to get job is very small. Therefore, people take safer way for their life is further their study. This better than they become a jobless and just stay at FAMA house and eating their FAMA rice.
Government also provided many opportunities to help the people further their study. They provided study loan, scholarship and etc.
They also created many programs for fresh graduates to attend such as SSM and so on. The training is not only free but they give RM1000 per month to the student. This is very interesting. The student just attends class and every month gets money.
Today, there are many Diploma holders and Degree holders. They will compete each other like battle of the war to get a job. This condition is very sad and we to be anxious about this.
FAMA=father and mother
In my opinion,people pursue their study just because of getting a suitable job. In my point of view, I could categorized job into two fields, education and industrial.
ReplyDeleteIn educational field, most people furthering their studies just because the salary level. The higher your educational background, the higher you will get paid. For example, a person whose have a Doctorate Degree in Malaysia for average will be paid above Ten Grands per months while for those who have Master Degree will get around five thousands to ten thousands per month, if I,m not mistaken.
It is different in industrial field, it is not impossible for a person who have only a Certificate getting paid as much as a person who have a Doctorate Degree in Educational Field. In industrial, people don't really look at your educational level, but your skill and how much experience you have. For example, I just read an advertisement about a job vacancy for an Electrical & Instrumentation Technician and how surprisingly the experience required is 4 years, have a Diploma and the basic salary stated RM2500-RM3500 per month. I'm not saying that in industrial they don't require educational background, but people in industrial commonly pursuing their studies for a position such as Technician, Supervisor, Engineer, Manager and many more.

I don't quite really agree with Khairuddin about the chances of the fresh graduate to get a job during economic crisis. It is because at that time, many people who works for a long time get fired and getting replaced by fresh graduates.Why? Many company wants to reduce the cost because of the economic strained. By doing that, they can cut the cost through the employees salary because the salary of the fresh graduates is a little low.:-)

First of all, if we look the environment now, we can see all the people especially student in school were show their better result like Azali Azlan who get 21A in his SPM 2007 and Nur Amalina Che Bakri who scored 17 1A in SPM 2004. This situation show the people today were pursues their achievement since at the school to get the satisfaction in their study.
So that, I think why people pursue their study to the highest level possible is to get one satisfaction for their self. They can try to do all the best in their study and try to achieve the highest level possible to get the satisfaction in their life because normally, when someone gets their satisfaction, they also can success in their study. To be ensure they can achieve their ambition, of course they must pursue and success their study in the highest level possible.
Second, the opportunity in work today are so little. People try to do as well as to get the job. So, one method to easy to get the job and nice position in job is by education. Normally, if someone have more higher level education, they can more easily to get a job if compare the people who just only have a SPM or PMR.

I think people nowadays had realized that they must pursue their education to the highest level because they think that if they got the highest level of education,they also will get a good job with the highest salary.Besides that,I also think that they realized about the situation now.Even they got a diploma scroll,the chances for them to get a better job is very low.For example, if they wants to apply a job like engineer at Petronas Sdn Bhd,they must got at least degree level of education.If they only got a diploma,they only can apply an easy job like security guard with the salary below RM1000.
After that,i think people nowadays want to pursue their education to the highest level because they may have bad experience in industrial training when they studied at the college.

In my opinion, have the reason why people pursue their education to get highest level possible. There are several reason why people continue their study.
Knowledge is very important our life. That why people want to continue their study. Many reason why people want to continue their study, the reason is people want to increase knowledge for get better work in the future and want to get big salary from their job. This is because lot of competition now in obtaining occupation their want.Beside that, encouragement from family is one other reason people want to continue their study because their family do not want their children regret in their future.
In nowaday, economic not stable for get suibtable job with their level. So that, in other to ranks with economic needs now and run place occupation ranks with qualification we have.

ReplyDeleteIn Malay also pithy saying ‘’mencari ilmu biarlah sampai ke nagara china” that mean studying for the higher level.
With knowledge, it can be guidance for people in life. People not have a knowledge is not useful and losses their life. For example in future, our country is moving forward for vision 2020, people who have knowledge and higher level of education is required.
Second reason, certain people pursue their study is to get more fun. In studying field is more fun compare with working field. That is because not have a big responsible and cannot contract for any work. Life of student is more easily just for study and other for another activity. Compare with worker life is more difficult. It is because we can be contract with a work and duty. To go anywhere also is difficult because have to get leave or waiting for holiday.
Another reason, it rarely happen to people like me where feel shame in family because in lower education. Beside that people also further their study to gain more respect from other family members.

To add more knowledge, the people will pursue that education to university because they can learn something new like the latest technology. At university, they will add their knowledge and can apply while work. As we know, employer will choose the people that have good education. Usually, this people have better knowledge and easy for them to train the new employee. Moreover, people have good education will get a good title such engineer.
People also pursue their education to get the better job and to get the big salary. As addition, the differentiation of salary depends on the level of education. As example, for degree level, they will get salary between RM3K - RM5K. With higher education, people want to get good job and comfortable for them. They can work in room air-condition not at the sunbeam.
Lastly, enviroment such world finance crisis to caused many people pursue their education. The effect from crisis is very big especially to company and many people lost their work. While waiting the crisis end, people use the time to pursue their education.
As conclusion, to add more knowledge, to get better job and enviroment situation is answer why the people pursue their education.

People attend college or university for many different reasons. Most people think that purse their education to highest level possible because of successful career and income payment.
I agree with my fallow friend opinion but in my point of view, in industrial field they have a high expectation of people which have a high level of education in order to fulfill a basic requirement for employers now days. Most industries required a lot of jobs vacancy such as technician or engineer to recruit in as employee for their companies in order to fill the vacancy which is their expectation base on educational level.
For example, Engineer vacancy now days required a highest education such as Bachelor holder which is related to their industries field because they need a knowledgeable and educated people which is more independent also self learning due to raid out their opponent.
Beside that this is my opinion on purse the educations to highest level are so important however it depends their own self to go for it or not.

the reason why the people continue study is people need to be more prepared and equipping self with knowledge and latest culture in job natural, it is because new world experienced turn of wheel which greatly fast once. This change to need someone to have inside knowledge and expertise something field, because circulation at to know said only. After that, to get big salary, it is because with big salary living standard can be increased, another part from that with big salary all of things that long for since from school days and big effort all this while could materialize. Such as luxury car, big house, take a trip to overseas and many more. It is because, nowadays people can get a better job if they got at least a degree level. In malaysia, 80% most of factory only hire people to be an engineer if they got degree level of education. When the have a better job, they also can have a big salary. They can save the money to their future and can buy the transport and house.
The other reason is, encouragement from family. Every parent want all children to finish their education to the highest level. It is because, they want their children have a good life and not have finance problem in their future when they got a better job.

People attend to further their study to the highest level as possible because of many reasons.
One of the factors is with higher level of study such Master level or PHD level, a person can get a job more easily. With a great competition of getting employed these days, the requirement to fill the position also increase and the one who got the highest education level might beat other candidates. Another reason for getting high education level is the amount of salary obtained when they start working. Salary grade is different for each qualification and of course the highest level will be ?blessed? with highest payment of salary.
Despite from money reasons, there are certain people further their study to the highest level only for their self satisfactions. This kind of people will be very proud for their level of education that they had achieved and for them, titles? Dr.?, ?Ir.?, and ?Prof? in front of their name means a lot to them and this also represent their level in the local society which means with a couple addition of words in front of their name, they will get respect and attention from the society. Last but not least, with a highest level of education they can hold or being promoted into the executive and manager position in a company.Without any Master or PHD qualifications, a person can never dream to be an executive or manager in a great company.

Futhermore,education is a needed. Every people mostly use education in their daily rutines. Education and technology become an asset for a country to well developed. For example, well developed country can offer good or professional jobs such as engineer, lawyer, doctor and etc. This kind of job will needs people who are really educated. More higher advancement of the country, more higher level of education is needed. For instance, 10 years back, people who are having diploma already can obtain position as an engineer. But now, only people who are graduated with degree are able to sit on engineer position. And in 10 years time, it is possible for our country that gradually developed will need a master or phD student to be an engineer. So, the reason why people pursue their education is to obtain a good job with good salary to survive their life in these modern days. People who just only have SPM or PMR certificate is difficult to get a job compare to people who have higher level cerificate. last but no least, i think people nowadays who have interest and desire should pursue their study to achieve a good lifestyle in the future.

i strongly agree with mohaman faiz that "kampung boy" also have an intention to pursue study. the reason is because im also a "kampung boy" came from a poor family. but i have an intention in pursue my study to the highest level. my parents nowadays had reach the "old time" and i think we are the children should take the responsibility to take care of our parents and our younger brother/sister. by pursue my study, maybe i can obtain a good job with a good salary and also can change improve our lifestyle better.

If we look the enviroment now,standard of living in our country is increasing higher.Hence,with a big salary they can carry on with life easily.Beside that,to add knowledge because nowaday knowledge is very important to our life.With knowledge,they can carry on with life perfectly and not easy cheat by other people.Lastly hard to obtain a job,because economy is not stable right now,opportunity to get a good job was decrease.Therefore,they choose to continue study.

In my opinion I think there are many reason why people choose to pursue their education to the highest level. okay let's just took me for an example.. why I'm choosing to continue my study, its simple my answer will be. I want to get a better job and have a good life in the future. I think everyone want to have a good life right? To have a good life I need to continue my study to the highest level as I could, Why? because when I got certificate such diploma, degree, master or phd for an example I can apply for a job that suitable with my educational background and the salary will be given base on my educational background. The higher my educational background the higher I will get paid. That's why right now I continue my study to degree level. Maybe with God bless i will continue to phd level (Insyaallah). ReplyDeleteFirstly, the reason why the people pursue their education to the highest level is to get a better job. For an example, the people who pursue their education at Degree level can get a better job compare to the people who pursue their education at Diploma level. This is an usual live. We cannot run from this reality. It is because, when we learn more, we can get more. So, to get a better job, the people will pursue their education to the highest level.
Furthermore, the reason why the people pursue their education to the highest level is to add more knowledge. From this, the people who has more knowledge is easy to get a job compare to the people who has less knowledge. It is important when the people want to get a job, the employer will see either this people has more knowledge or not when they interview them. So, to get more knowledge is a reason why the people pursue their education.
Lastly, encouragement from the family is the reason why the people pursue their education. For an example, every parents want the best for their children. They don't want to see their children live in affection. As a parents, they have to give the support to their children to pursue the study such as, give them a present when they get the highest mark in every subject at their study. With this, the children will more courageous to study. So, encouragement from the family is a reason why the people pursue their education.
As a conclusion, to get a better job, to add more knowledge and encouragement from the family are the reasons why the people pursue their education.

Why people pursue their education to the highest level possible? Nowadays we can see in Malaysia that Malaysian society pursue their education to highest level as possible they can. From my opinion they pursue because of several reasons and factors. First reason from my opinion is people pursue for high salary when they got high certificate. Second is people obtained that company need their have talented and high certificate and last but not list is friends factor.
With the economic growth rapidly, and the government announce that need more engineer in future at all engineering field , people especially teenagers pursue the education to highest level to get part of one it. To be engineer at least people have degree certificate in related field although in Electronic, Mechatronic and furthermore. When people have high level education they are talented, discipline and knowledgeable to be engineers that are fulfill government criteria for example. Seldom have we seen that higher education student involve in social phenomenon. One more factor, people pursue their level of education because of government provide many opportunities. The government provides loan, scholarship and a lot of program with allowance. For example in TATiUC , they provide a lot of program like SSM and ECER with RM 1000 allowance. This can make people to further their study otherwise they can get skills. People can attach this skill certificate with their degree so that more easy to get their job.
The second is company need that people have higher educational level of fresh graduate. Although they are degree holder, the company still can paid them because they are less experience compare to old workers so company paid them on basic certificate they had. For example Sony Corporation had fired their old workers because company need to paid high salary depends on their experience so they change their policy to accept the fresh graduate student. So company can cut cost and just paid depend on certificate.
Last but not list is friends’ factor. For example, my friends did not want to pursue study if they r alone. I mean that they cannot survive alone without their friend. For me, that is not a good attitude. Why? Because in future we will be alone and not all time we can get together.

I further my study is because want to proof to my family and my friends that I also can achieve a successful life and other reason. Nowadays, as we all know, education becomes more important in our daily life. Education is not only to improve our knowledge but also we can apply it in our daily life such as if we study engineering we not only apply it in our work but also we can apply it in our daily life because at first we should know how to manage our life then we can plan to do something after that we have to organize it properly. So if I am not continuing my study what do I become in the future? Do I want to be like someone else that has been successful in their life? Of course I want it. Everybody wants it. The knowledge that I gain are not only for work but it also for me because in this millennium year, everyone look a person not only on their status but also on how many knowledge someone has in their life. Moreover, I continue my study because I want to achieve my ambition to be n engineer like my brother. I know that my ambition is hard to achieve but if I work hard and have a lot of knowledge such thing is not impossible. Besides that, I also can develop technical skill or professional knowledge when I continue my study. These two things are important because a company would like to hire this type of worker. There is no use if you have professional knowledge but do not have technical skill because some work requires us to work with a machine. To me, knowledge will not come to us by itself but we have to find it in our own way such as continuing our study. I will not lose anything if I spend more time more on focusing on my study because it is not for anybody else but it is for myself.

I agree my friend’s opinion. But I have my own reason why the people pursue their education to the highest level. There are several reason why people pursue their study to the highest level such as , employment opportunities ,run their family businesses and high salary jobs.
First and foremost, the people pursue their education because they want get the employment opportunities. For me, the employment opportunities are greater if I have master or degree in my field. That’s why I also pursue my study. The people has job because of education. This is major reason why people pursue education. These day where technology has improved a lot. People with less education limited job opportunities than those who have more higher education.
A part from that, the next reason is to run their family businesses. Some people pursue their education to gain knowledge about their family’s businesses. With enough knowledge, they can run business successful. Some of parents send their children to gain this knowledge. I have a friend which is in this situation. Her family have a large construction company. So now she in civil engineering field. Although she believe she will have good future, but her family still send her to pursue in high education to make sure she get enough knowledge before she take her father place.
Last but certainly not least, the people pursue highest education because of high salary jobs. The salary person who have higher education is more than salary of a person who is not well qualified. Qualification in term college education can provide the best for person to start their career with a bigger pay. And I think , salary is also motivation for student pursue the education to highest level.

This is my aditional opinion why the people pursue their study to the highest level.And i think of the reason is to get respected. A higher education will set us for rewarding career that is profectional respected and enjoyable. Since i was kid, my parents said, when you grow up, you must enter the university. I wondering why they said to me like that.Then i asked my mother why i need to go there and she said someday u will know what its mean. And now i understand. My parents take care about me. They want see succesful and the comunity respect for me because im a a educated although im not a richer person.
The other reason is to improve my quality of life.Im not from a richer family.So that my promise to my parent i want be educated person. With high education, i will getting a good job and high salary.As a result,maybe i able to prepare comfortable life to my family ,such as have comfort house to live, transport, and other facilities.And i think life i experience will have greater value because of higher education.let us think about it.

you are implying (trying to say but indirectly) that the interest of those coming from poor family are probably not as motivated to further study. the way u said it because of their family background, those pmr and spm leavers prefer to continue their family tradition.
however, don't be despair. all opinions are welcome. furthermore, there're no right or wrong answers here. everybody is right and entitled to their own opinions.
