Firstly, why people pursue their education to the highest level because they think that if they got the highest level of education,they also will get a good job with the highest salary.It is because, nowadays people can get a better job if they got at least a degree level.
Secondly, why people pursue their education to the highest level because they want to get more respect. For Example when we came from rich family, other people will respect us with our wealth, and when we came from a poor family, other people will respect us with our knowledge.

People pursue their education to the highest level possible because they thought they needed to have a higher qualification to achieve the typical better prospects and higher pay.
Furthermore people educate themselves to the highest level, because it is essential for our nation to compete economically with the rest of the developed world.
People also did this to advance in their careers so that opportunities expands dramatically and have a desire to learn and challenge themselves in education.
I once knew an Air Force Captain who, during his 20 years in the service, managed to complete and earn, at last count, he had 8 degrees. He had so many Phd's, and Masters.This is because he enjoyed learning. So,most probably why people pursue their education because of they might enjoy learning.
Education never stops. As humans, learning is part of what we are. There is always some question, some curiosity, something we would like to understand better whether it is something about the world of science, business, sport and many more.So interest might be one of the reason why people pursue their education to the highest level possible.

Secondly,people pursue their education to the highest level because they want popularity.As we can see,the student after the SPM examination,who get the excellent result will compare with their friends,where they further their study.If he or she has further their study at oversea,they will proud of themselves.
Thirdly,people pursue their education to the highest level because they want to get the highest salary.I ever met a person who get a better job compare to the others with her diploma qualification has further their study again.She want get a degree qualification.I try ask her why she take that decision,and she told me,her salary in diploma qualification not enough for her so,she has decide this decision.
Next,people pursue their education to the highest level because they can get easy job opportunities.Nowadays,with a degree level,we can choose many types of job.For example,work with government or factory.If we have a degree level,easy to get post graduate degree course after finish,you are eligible to become lecturer,teacher at any school or college.
Then,people pursue their education to the highest level because we can upgrade ourselves.If we have a highest level of education,we will get belief and respect each others.
In conclusion,the reason why people pursue their education to the highest level that I have tell you are different between other people.

Firstly,I think people pursue their education level to the highest level possible because some people make more friends and increase their interpersonal skills.For example,they enjoy their lives in university or college and tend to socialize a lot,they can meet more people who have the similiar interest with themselves and more conffident in our community .
