With mercy of Allah(swt) , my research process running smoothly without any conflict and problem.I'm give so much appreciated to all give cooperation and support to accomplish my research. I got a lot of experiences when I did my research.These experiences I gain ed to be my furture strength in my career.Meaning I succeeded to manage my time to do something benefit to my furture.Thanks a lot to my great English lecturer Ms.Sara gave us a wonderful and challenge task to let us exposed with reality in working enviorement. First experience I learned is how give a comment or suggestion or advice to the people.I know how to give the answer to the people wihtout touching any sensitivity of the people. I learned this when I handled an interview section with experienced people.I also learned how to dealing with representative person to ask their time for interview section from making appointment and so on.This task is little bit tough compared with other section because its involved communication skill. Second experience is known how working in team or group of researcher.Everybody has different idea and thinking.From this reward , we make a brain storming and compiled all ideas to strengthen our research.If not maybe induced conflict to the team.Beside that , we applied work load management according to group members strength equally and we are satisfied each other. Critical time during my research is when we have a problem.What we had done?The answer is very simple,' Team Work'.Meaning everyone must help each other to solve the problem.We just do a meeting or make discussion to find the best solution. Finally, I learned how to be a good supervisor from my great English lecturer.Always guides us at every step of research process and never let us loss in doing the research beside gave us advice and motivation.The good supervisor always guides the researcher and bad supervisor always let their researcher loss. Conducting a research by grouping is so challenging. This is a part in leadership process. However it's so interesting especially when we finished the research. From my experience when making and finishing the research, are about the members in group. In here the members should have the teamwork skill, easy to cooperate, not the selfish, understanding the work or assignment should be done, easy to discuss and can finishing the research on time or before submit date. From here the research can be successfully finish and any correction or additional can be make without any problems. However it is so difficult to find the team group like this, but the team should be covering in each other to finishing the research. The second thing about the title is selecting. Basically the title is selecting should be have a lot of point and easier to get the information. Because from here the researchers can elaborate in each point or answer the result easily. The point of the research can be taking either from the visually, interview, survey form or information from reference books or internet. From my experience the quite challenger is about to get the data from the interview section. Most persons are selected to interview, don’t want to their image are recording. In these cases, we only can record the sound or burble answer without image. Thirdly challengers in conducting the research report are the format to make a research report. In my experience, the format is always changing base on the level of program certificate, diploma, degree, master or Phd. It’s so difficult to find the standard in research report. The question is why the format always changing between faculty and program and why not to standardizes about the format in research report? We will be found this problem when we read the report from difference faculty or from the different program. Forth about the data is taking from internet especially about the circuits or programs. In my experience 70% circuits or programs are finding in the internet are wrong. This can be prove, when we copy all listed components or circuits or programs similarly and making follow the order but the result is very upset. Internet is a resource. Why the users should put the something wrong about their project? The users of internet should inform first when they publish their circuit either if their circuit not properly functioning or functioning. Lastly about the budget to making and finishing the project report. I’m having through all this part especially when we make a final project. The budget is not enough but the project is so tuff so costing. However the project is successfully functioning and finishing but when we claim back, we only get the limited payment and not the same what we pay to buying the components, casing and to make a research report it’s so “ciput”. Should society assume more responsibility for pregnant teenagers and children they bear? Why and how?
Now everything has change. We won't feel weird when we heard teenagers get pregnant or abandon the babies in the toilet, jungle or hiding place. Didn’t they ever think how cruel it was to leave helpless babies whether in cold or hunger condition? It was so sad when it comes to think how the babies died because of hunger or cold and this scenario happen because of the lifestyle nowadays was too critical. There has no limitation in relationship. They're too social didn't care either boys or girls. They didn't think the result of the action that they are doing in the future, to them they just want to have fun and enjoy while still breathing. But they are totally wrong, the causes to the action that they had done is too deep to country and religion.
So, refer to our topic we cannot take this problem lightly, we need to take it seriously because young generation is going to be lead our heritage to the success in the future and if the young generation in lost then our heritage going to perish and we once again are going to be control by other county. When that happen all the hard work of old people that fight to get independent are going to be waste because of the youth generation did not take care of it.
To prevent this situation happen we need to do something to this young generation. We need to get back these young generation to the right track by channel their energies to goods like having some activities like jungle-tracking, futsal, camping, and a few to say. Besides activities, we also can expose these young generation about sex by adding to their syllabus about sex at school and college. For muslim’s believer, their key to success is faith without it they in lost. So, to help this people from lost they need to have knowledge about religion. In this matter parent play the important role in build the character of their children. Parents need to guide their children in Islam ways not western ways. Because Islam is the best way to educate. In the nut shell, society should do something about this problems because these young generation are going to lead new generation to success.
Lastly, this research done and objective is achieving the goal. I very satisfied with collaboration from lecturer and member of group to settle this research. Special thank to Mdm Saraasmawati because help me for done the research. This topic very interesting compare with the topic teenage pregnant make I dizzy. Experience from this research is, to find the respondent fill questionnaires, working in team group and learn the grammar again.
First experience is, to find the respondent fill the questionnaire. Majority of student are not give collaborate to fill the questionnaire and I think not only my group have this problem but majority of team share this problem. The student very lazy to read and answer the question and sometime just thick without understand what the question about. As example, from my questionnaire have student thick the question TATiUC provided the gymnasium.
Next experience is, working in team group give more benefits to me. I have the best member of group, Muhammad Aiman and Muhammad Nasiruddin where they always give new idea, suggestion and opinion to settle this research. Everybody together consumer a lot of energy, time and money and sometime we all not enough time for sleep. My member of group also smooth to settle the problem and lastly with ‘spirit of team group’ every problem solve.
Last experience is, I learn to understand the grammar again. Grammar is very important in English to make the sentences is used true and suitable. I also learn about past tenses, present tense, singular and plural. Although I learn about grammar from primary school but always do the mistake until today. I believe, not only I have this problem but the member of classroom also. After receive explanation from Mdm Sara, I can add knowledge about the grammar, thank a lot.
As conclusion, many experiences I get from this research and give me more advantage to me. Thank you Mdm Sara, thank you to member of group and classmate and lastly thank to respondent because give collaborates.
Research can be defined as the search for knowledge or any schematic investigation to establish facts or organized and systematic way of finding the answers to the questions. Research also can be defined of scientific research is performing a methodical study in order to prove a hypothesis or a specific question. Researches have a lot of method that we can use like questionnaires, interview, surfing internet, reading a factual book and further more method. Usually the college student at least must do one research in the whole year of study. So if you have been a leader or conducted a research for a group you must have a leadership characteristic like team work, understanding and did not force your partner if not possible. When you are conducted the group for research you must fair to divide the task and making the right decisions. Before I go to the experience in conducting a research I would like to thankful to our Accelerate and Technical writing lecturer Madam Sara Asmawati binti Haji Sharifuddin because gave us a challenge and interesting task on doing a research. This experience on doing research gain to be my strength in future. First experiences that I get from conducting a group for a research, is to choose the suitable title for our group. This is because we have limited time and we got another commitment. So we choose the subject that can easy to find and get the information. Characteristic of title must have good point and had an affected that can be improve in the future. So we can elaborate the point and answer the questions easily. We also can find the information from the book or internet or from our experiences. When we got the title, we must discuss what method we want to use. Our group choose to use questionnaires and interview. But from this two methods interview was the hardest part because usually respondent did not want to be interview. A lot of excuse if we request to interview like busy to do assignment, shy and other excuse. Some respondent want to be interview but they did not want their image are recording but only their voice. A part from that, is the typing the report. This was also the hardest part is doing the research because of format , grammar and how to layer the report according to the correct format that standard TATiUC want. And from my experience doing the research before this, there were different format so for this time I had confirmed with our lecturer twice to avoid being mistaken again. For this research we have make a lot of correction to get the good report although in grammar, layer and the format. Before we can type the report, we must collect the data and make the questionnaires to respondent answer the question. This part did not critical part because our group just pick a respondent although from the staff and student. That why our group did not have a problem from this part. We know a lot of people and it will make our task easy to be accomplished. For me better use the questionnaires to get the data depends on surfing internet. Why? It because surfing the internet did not told correctly about the title we have choose. We want the real situation surrounding us. So we make a decision just use the questionnaires and interview for our research. Lastly after we got all information that we want, we have a group discuss to finalize for the report and the presentation. We start typing report, after we satisfied our data have been all collected. We have divided into two reports first for staff and second is for student. After finish all again we combined for the last complete report. Last but not list, this research task teach a lot of moral value. From this task also I learned how to manage time and finished the task by group. The important thing work in group is TEAM WORK, understanding, not selfish and easy to make a discussing and cooperate. If all this characteristics have in the group the task can be complete easily. Oookayyy let’s continue to our last topic. According to this topic I need to share my experience during conducting my group research. About the research I’m really grateful to Allah S.W.T because with his bless my group had finish our research report with flying colors. At first when Madam Sara gave this project in class, my group had a little bit confused about what topic we want to research. Then we came to see madam to discuss about our problem. When we discussed with madam, she gives her opinion like “what about you guys do research about the student’s perception about the quality and security personnel at TATiUC”. From that moment we take her idea as our topic research. After we had our topic, we start discussed about the questionnaire. What are the questions should we ask to respondents and so on. Then after we had our question, once again we go to see madam to ask her opinion about our research questions. When madam done checking our research questions, she gives us the green light, it means that we can continue print out our research questions and can start to gives to the respondents. After finish done the task we continue to make the report. Before we can print out the report we need to do a presentation. This presentation been held by madam because she want to check for the last time whether our report are in the right track or not. Alhamdullillah, my groups is in the right track and we can continue to print our report and submit to madam this Monday before 12 afternoon. What I really want to say is that I get a lot of experience during this project. First I learn how to manage my scheduled with other subject like what time is a right time to do the project and do others subject assignment and so on. Second I get experienced working in a group for example we need to discuss, share ideas, Spent the money to print and other things about the project fairly and lastly working as teamwork. It means we all do the task together. In the nut shell, this experience will help us in the future. First of all, I would like to say thanks to Miss Sara for teaching and guidance us to finish our research. Besides that, I also would like to say thanks to our friends for their help like gave us a lot of good idea that suitable with our research. M y First experience I learned when the research did is how to choose idea for this research because I don’t any good idea about TATiUC. But I would like to say to Miss Sara because she give the good idea about student perception about HEA and HEP. When I get the title I very happy because I thing this title is very interesting and challenging to make the research. But something important when I make the research is how to make the questionnaire because I don’t know or have the knowledge about HEA or HEP. Can do you thing this situation and how I can make research?? Second experience when I make this research is how working in team or group of researcher. This situation because everybody to have different idea and style to make research. With any people and any style how to make the job. This situation is very challenging into finish the research because all idea and style work must to be same when to make research. The critical part when I make research is when to collect date and make the report to respondent answer the question. This part is critical part because everyone must help each other to solve the problem. We just do a meeting or make discussion to find the best solution because all the data must can show the feedback question from the student TATiUC about student perception about HEA and HEP. Lastly, from this research can task tech a lot of moral value. From this research l can learned how to manage time and finished the research by group. The important from the work is all the work must be understanding, team work, and discussing. All these characteristics have in the group the when to complete the research.

Firstly, my experience with my group is went we discuss about the topic. Before we choose the topic, many suggestions are given by member of group. We should think many aspects such environment in TATiUC. After discussion, we choose the topic is student’s perception about the quality and security personnel at TATiUC. That show, discussion is very important to make decision.
Secondly, the most critical part is to collect the data. In this research, we used method questionnaires is given to get the student feedback this topic. The problem we found for settle this topic is, majority of respondent not give collaborate where they late to submit questionnaires, lost the questionnaires and not understand about the research.
The next experience is after we finish the finding part, we discuss how to prevent our research. When the presentation. We know how to show the good presentation, know how to speak in audience and can make myself with good grooming. In finish our research, we consumer a lot of energy, time and money and sometime we all not enough time for sleep.
As the conclusion, this experience make us to work together like sound team work. I also would like say thank you to my lecture Madam Saraasmawati, my group and our respondent for help us to do our research.

Besides that, we also would like to say thankful to our friends for their help like give us a lot of good idea that suitable with our research. We also would like to say thanks to TATiUC student especially Degree, HND and Diploma student for their cooperation in answering the questionnaire. When we are given this task, we discuss title our research with Madam Sara before to start our research. The title our research is student perception about HEA and HEP. The title be related to service HEA and HEP. When we got the title, we must discuss what method we want to use whether questionnaires and interview. Started at first, we choose to use the interview method because our questions suitable use interview method. When we want to start the interview, we have problem to interview because respondent or student did not want to be interview. It is because a lot of excuse to interview them because busy to do assignment, shy and other excuse. Some students want to be interview but they did not want their image are recording but only their voice. After we got this problem, we discuss how to solve this problem with Madam Sara and she suggests using the questionnaires method in order that we can do the research and can finish this research but we must change question from interview method to questionnaire method before start the research question. After our question complete, we circulated to different student course so that we able record data from them. We do the research question by group and we take respective work so that we can finish this task in time are given. We also must work in teamwork when we collected and record the data to easy our work. After we finish collected and record data, we must do the report. This report very hard to be completed because too a lot of work that should be done. Without teamwork, we do not can finish report this perfectly. When we do in teamwork we can do each task fast and perfectly because everyone has different idea and distinctive way. After that, we must presentation the research question. When presentation, we must know how to good presentation and how to talk in audience. From this we could make conclusion that work by very important group in a job.

First to all, I want to special thank for my lecturer accelerated and technical writing madam Saraasmawati binti Haji Sharifuddin because help me for done the research. I have a lot of experience during doing to the research about perception Alumni in TATiUC. Firstly, my experience to obtain during doing to our research that is add to knowledge about communication skill. The most important as me because with the knowledge, I get to easy interacts with public people. Besides that, it also can facilitate me for example while presentation and interact with lecture. And with this knowledge, it also can help me when I make research again. Secondly, we our researches have a two method that is interview and questionnaire. Our grouping research, we have facing critical part especially in collecting data because respondent did not give enough cooperating. Problem them because misunderstanding or didn’t know about mean Alumni. Respondent give the answer that not suitable this question and complicate us at making the final report. Last but not list, our group have a problem to finish the report because of different format with final project report and another subject. For the finding of the report format, after we have discussion with our lecture and the final report including for chapter 1 is introduction, chapter 2 is methodology, chapter 3 is finding, chapter 4 is recommendation and chapter 5 is conclusion. We also have to be careful for check the numbering and spacing because different with another subject. In the nut shell, in grouping the most important that is teamwork. I have the best member of group Ahmad Husna and Wan Shamsuri where they always give me the new idea and good suggestion during to doing our research. Lastly, many experiences I obtain from this research and give many advantage for me……..
Finally, after almost 2 months, i was successfully finished my research. I would like to say thanks to Miss Sara for giving me a chance to make this research.
My research title is an opinion from Miss Sara. I thinks that the title was very interesting because it is about the management of TATiUC. From this research, the student will know the bad and the good thing about the management in TATiUC. First thing that I thought when I got the title is I want to make an interview method. But, after make a discussion with my group member, we decided to make the questionnaire method because it is more easier and save our time than doing the interview method.
After my group and I submitted our title to Miss Sara, we make the discussion every day to make the research question. After having trouble when doing our research question, we go ask Miss Sara for an advice about how to make our research question. Then, we start doing our research question. It is our main trouble along doing our research.
This research also use a lot of energy and money. My group and i have to passed the research question to the first and the second hostel. Then after 3 days, we have to collect it back to make a report about the result of the research question.We also spend a lot of money to print the research question. but, we dont have any trouble about finance because Yayasan Terengganu already bank in our loan.

English is an important subject in syllabus of University students in Malaysia. Every university students must take this subject because they need to master English language in order to become an excellent student and become more marketable. Here in TATiuC, the English subject is known as Technical English which have three parts that are Technical English 1, Technical English 2 and Technical English 3 and Accelerated writing.
English subject that taken by every student this semester require us to conduct a group research and during the time to complete the research I gain lot of experiences while completing this group research and also leave me some memory either good one or bad one. First aspect that is testing me while doing the research is my leadership skill.
Although this research require me to consume a lot of my energy, time and also money I am very glad to having and finish this task because what I gain during the time of completing the research is very precious for me. The hardest task given for us to complete the research for me is the give the questionnaire with random people. In this session, I get lot of experience and in the same time my confident level had increase. First experience is, to find the respondent fill the questionnaire. Majority of student are not give collaborate to fill the questionnaire. The student very lazy to read and answer the question and sometime just thick without understand what the question about. As example, from my questionnaire have student thick the question TATiUC provided the gymnasium but the TATiUC does not provide the gymnasium. In other method is the interview section where to complete this task firstly I must survey and choose the best person for me to interview regarding to the title of interview I conduct. After choose my target than I need to introduce myself to him and my purpose of interviewing him. At this point I must be literate at my language which means during interview session I must use proper language. In this task I can never be shy and self confidence is really important to make sure information I get from the interviewee is correct and meet the task given.
Group research is possible can be made success without teamwork among group members. With the existence of teamwork in my group our work become easier but can be deny, working in group sometimes can give problems because sometimes there are clash of ideas among us but somehow we manage to convert the idea clashes into a solution to solve each task given. With teamwork also we manage to reduce time, energy and money usage while trying to get each task finish. I believe everything I learn and gain in the duration of completing the research is very useful for me in this present time and also for my future. Finally I glad to thank MDM SARA ASMAWATI because teaching and guidance us to finish our research and I pray to ALLAH to bless you with healthy and cute little baby that will shine your day.. The research is one of giver. Give a gift of valuable experience. So I would like to share my experience. Experience that very useful in our future principally in employment world. Therefore, I would like to say thanks to Allah, thanks to Madam Sara Asmawati Bt Shariffuddin, thanks to my group members, classmates, the entire respondent and all the people involved directly or indirectly because with the support and cooperation from them, I get new experiences during settle my research.
My first point, I would like talk about the time. This task teaches me how to manage the time to able the research can be settle during the period. What time we should to complete the questionnaire form, what time suitable that can help in distribute the questionnaire to student and also in part in analysis data and compressed to make a report. Administer the time is very important to avoid any disagreement with other task or assignment from other subjects. If we fail plan the time, there are difficult to give the best result.
Second is about the questionnaire. Before that, I just know how to tick…tick…tick…and tick and give back to the researcher. Never think and never know how to make a questionnaire. However, when I receive this task and must do it, this is interesting .I like the new things in my life. I learn many aspects in process to make the questionnaire. For example is about my topic, The Usage of Facilities at TATiUC. I required understanding the topic first, understanding what the objective of this research, what their goal and also understand how to make questions of this research to sure the objective achieved. So when I do, I know how to make it. Therefore, the questionnaire provided one of my attractive experiences, that very useful in my future.
After got the feedback from respondent, we must analyze and make a report of this research. During the report progress, we indirectly were practice what we learn about the report in class. In class we learn theoretical and for our research is place to practical. Report is important because it show the result of what we do. This situation increased my knowledge about how to make a report. In addition, this research also is one part to me in train my presentation. I can practice how to face the audiences, how to be more confident for myself and also learn how to be a good presentation.
Last but not least, there are various experience from the research. Like what my friends says in their comment above, about the team work, how to face a problem and so on. Consequently, experience can be a teacher to us in the next time. With experience, we aware how to make something and can increase our knowledge to be more genius.

I think, this topic is very interesting compare to the previous week topic that made me closed to write the comment. My research tittle is about the alumni and the research title is giving by madam. This is the hard topic to make a research. Before I doing the research, I don't know what is the meaning of alumni. After that, we went to meet with madam every week to ask her about the research. Thanks to God. Finally, I completely done my research.
There are a lot of experience that I can obtain from conducting my group research for the course that are to find the respondent to fill the questionnaire, the respondent did not done their job and give their co-operate very well and teamwork.
Firstly, to find the respondent to fill the questionnaire. While I doing the research, I have some problem that is to find who are the respondent that should fill the questionnaire. Then, I went to meet with madam again to solve the problem. Madam said, I must choose who are the final year student in TATiUC. So, the first problem settled.
Then, the respondent did not done their job and give their co-operate very well. Here, there are many respondent did not done their job very well such as, the respondent did not know what is the meaning of alumni. So, my research will not completely successful because of the respond from the respondent. Beside of that, the respondent not completely answer the questionnaire. They lazy to read and answer the questionnaire. Hmm, so embarrassing. In spite of that, the respondent did not want to be interview. A lot of excuse if we request to interview them like busy to do assignment, shy and other excuse. Some respondent want to be interview but they did not want their image are recording but only their voice. My research is divided into two section that are questionnaire and interview. Then, I went to meet with madam again to solve this problem. Madam said, the interview section 'did not put' in my research. Then, the problem settled. As a conclusion, the respondent did not done their job and give their co-operate very well.
Lastly, teamwork. Working in a team group gives more benefits to me. I have the best members of group such as Mohammad Hafizul Aimie and Wan Shamsuri where they are always give new idea, suggestion and opinion to completely done this research. Everybody together consumer a lot of energy, time and money and sometimes, we all did not have enough time to sleep. My members of group also smooth to settle the problem and lastly, with ‘spirit of the team group’, every problem can solve very easy.

First of all, Alhamdulillah and thanks to Allah S.W.T because with the bless my research finally finish. Thanks to our lecturer, madam sara for giving us the guidance to do this research. Due to the last topic, I want to share my experience of conducting my group research. Firstly, we are told to do the research about anything related to TATiUC. My group had some problem about our research topic. Many suggestion of topic are given due to TATiUC environment. At first, our group want to make a research about the food at TATiUC but our madam said the research about this topic already have last sem. So she gives her opinion about the security at TATiUC. After a little bit discussion, we agree and choose the topic about “the student’s perception about the security and security personnel at TATiUC”. The first things we do after get the topic is to prepare 20 questions in our questionnaire that about to be give to some respondents. After we finish doing the questionnaire, we go to see madam to approve the questionnaire. After madam agrees we start to give the questionnaire to students. After collect back the questionnaire with all the feedback, we start to do the report. The report should be done due follow the format gave by madam. The most difficult part of report is about the finding. It takes a long time to finish this part. Before we submit the complete report, we have to present about our research to madam. Gratefully our presentation is going well. Without a doubt, a lot of energy, time and money consume while doing this research. Lastly, as a conclusion, from this research I obtain many experience such as teamwork spirit, time management, group discussion, and self confidence to talk in front of people. After across tired and weary, our research process done smoothly without any conflict and problem. I'm give so much appreciated to all give cooperation and support to accomplish my research. A lot of experience I get from making this research. And also thanks a lot to my great English lecturer Ms.Sara gave us a support and guide to finish this research. First experience I learned is how to cooperate with people in a group. It is happen when in group, cooperation and team work is very important. It is because when with different head and idea, cooperation is needed to discuss the researches and job. It can’t challenge to applied work load management according to group members strength equally and to satisfied each other. Second experience is I learn is how to manage our time. To make research, more time need to spent together. For example, one of our group is Samsul, is a staff. He must to manage their time to make research together. That I learn is how to manage our time to be same with Samsul time to make together. For example to discuss, interview, make questionnaire, all job must doing in together. Lastly is understanding with each other. It is very important and must have to people in a group. With that, it can’t make member’s to work together and cooperate. And also must help and guide with a member. The important from the work is all the work must be understanding, team work, and discussing. All these characteristics have in the group the when to complete the research.

First of all thank to god (Allah S.W.T)with blase our group have finish presentation in this week and get a good comment from Mdm Sara Asmawati also her guidence to lead our group to managed a interesting topic of the research what have we done. Here I want to share with you all about experinces that I and my partners have gain and learn through starting to get imformation untill in this week which is the finial process of compliting the research report.
Since starting the research the first experience I learned is gethering the imformation which is from conducting the interview and collecting the data. Here I have several problem to get the infromation about the topic that need to set a meeting with a presedent of the organization get a hole ideas to continuing the research which is give good cooperation. Mean while during distibuting the data also have several of problem such as the respondent not fill all the data need and also not give their response as we need.
Another experince that i have eraned are compiled the data that have taken and construct the questionnire whis is not be easy becaused this need careful and beware in order to achived the target of question to respondent is need. From here I learn to team work with my partners which is do disscucsion, mind mapping or brain storming that give us a lot of ideas to done this task. Therefore, in this survey what i have learn is how to manage time in order to obtain the research completed in time before the date line that given by madam.Here our team always follows time line that given by madam sara.
As conclusion, I very thakful expecially to Madam Sara Asmawati for guided us and give support to obtain the sprits of working together with my team which is give a lot of ideas and cooperation in completion this task.thanks to all....
Bismillahirrahmanirrahim….. Some people said that the moment in campus life is the sweetest time in their life. I think what makes it sweet is the challenges and the obstacles that must be faced. Then the challenges and obstacles will be the good experience in the future. So, conducting the research for me is also the challenges that must be accomplished by hook or by crook. There are some pros and contras during the distribution of this research. Firstly, I would like to tell about the advantages for me by doing this research. Actually, this research taught me a lot of knowledge and skill. I’m very grateful toward Allah S.W.T because from this research, I have conducted some interviews with some experienced personnel with different background. The most nervous time in doing he interview is to speak the foreign lecturer that totally cannot speak in Malay, but after that, I feel so much confidence to communicate with others in English. Besides, I learned from the respondents on how to give an instantaneous comment without touching the sensitivity of people and I think I have gained the knowledge of the communication skills. Furthermore, this research taught me more about the teamwork. Without this teamwork, I think the research will totally collapse and cannot be finished by the time required. And with gifted moment, I would like to express my gratitude to Mdm Sara and to both of my fellow group members, Shamsul and Faris. It was a great time doing the research with you and I hope that this team spirit will last for the next given task. In addition, I learn how to solve problem that appears during the research time. For example, we were having a lot of problem in distributing the questionnaires and gratefully the problem can be solved peacefully without any argument between the group members. It was all about the understanding each other, sitting together discussing and pushing aside the selfishness. For the contra, actually I have put such a massive effort to accomplish this research. It consumed a lot of my time and often getting so tired doing this task. I have sacrificed a lot of time including my bed time to conduct this research. But I think it was my fault because I’m a fragile man when it comes to the time management. As a conclusion, the research won’t be finished if there is no teamwork bonded between the group members. The important thing is, I was really enjoying my time conducting this research and once again please accept my billions of thankfulness to those who are involved in this research especially my lecturer and fellow group members.

I think, this topic is very interesting to compare into my group project for my course.However it's so interesting especially when we finished the research. From my experience when making and finishing the research, are about the members in team work to my project.When to finish the research my group to sharp time to submit my research group.
Second,this research also use a lot of energy and money.For example, my group discussion for print out of research to team work expel to money and energy.
The next experience is after we finish the finding part, we discuss how to prevent our research.We know how to show the good presentation, know how to speak in audience and can make myself with good grooming. In finish our research, we consumer a lot of energy, time and money and sometime we all not enough time for sleep.
Lastly experience,get learned to how conducting my group.I learned this when I handled an interview section with experienced people on to research.I also learned how to dealing with representative person to ask their time for interview section from making appointment and so on.

I got a lot of experiences when I did my research.These experiences I gain ed to be my furture strength in my career.Meaning I succeeded to manage my time to do something benefit to my furture.Thanks a lot to my great English lecturer Ms.Sara gave us a wonderful and challenge task to let us exposed with reality in working enviorement.
First experience I learned is how give a comment or suggestion or advice to the people.I know how to give the answer to the people wihtout touching any sensitivity of the people. I learned this when I handled an interview section with experienced people.I also learned how to dealing with representative person to ask their time for interview section from making appointment and so on.This task is little bit tough compared with other section because its involved communication skill.
Second experience is known how working in team or group of researcher.Everybody has different idea and thinking.From this reward , we make a brain storming and compiled all ideas to strengthen our research.If not maybe induced conflict to the team.Beside that , we applied work load management according to group members strength equally and we are satisfied each other.
Critical time during my research is when we have a problem.What we had done?The answer is very simple,' Team Work'.Meaning everyone must help each other to solve the problem.We just do a meeting or make discussion to find the best solution.
Finally, I learned how to be a good supervisor from my great English lecturer.Always guides us at every step of research process and never let us loss in doing the research beside gave us advice and motivation.The good supervisor always guides the researcher and bad supervisor always let their researcher loss.

Conducting a research consumes a lot of your energy, time and possibly money.
Share with us your experience of conducting your group research for the course.
Conducting a research by grouping is so challenging. This is a part in leadership process. However it's so interesting especially when we finished the research. From my experience when making and finishing the research, are about the members in group.
In here the members should have the teamwork skill, easy to cooperate, not the selfish, understanding the work or assignment should be done, easy to discuss and can finishing the research on time or before submit date. From here the research can be successfully finish and any correction or additional can be make without any problems. However it is so difficult to find the team group like this, but the team should be covering in each other to finishing the research.
The second thing about the title is selecting. Basically the title is selecting should be have a lot of point and easier to get the information. Because from here the researchers can elaborate in each point or answer the result easily. The point of the research can be taking either from the visually, interview, survey form or information from reference books or internet. From my experience the quite challenger is about to get the data from the interview section. Most persons are selected to interview, don’t want to their image are recording. In these cases, we only can record the sound or burble answer without image.
Thirdly challengers in conducting the research report are the format to make a research report. In my experience, the format is always changing base on the level of program certificate, diploma, degree, master or Phd. It’s so difficult to find the standard in research report. The question is why the format always changing between faculty and program and why not to standardizes about the format in research report? We will be found this problem when we read the report from difference faculty or from the different program.
Forth about the data is taking from internet especially about the circuits or programs. In my experience 70% circuits or programs are finding in the internet are wrong. This can be prove, when we copy all listed components or circuits or programs similarly and making follow the order but the result is very upset. Internet is a resource. Why the users should put the something wrong about their project? The users of internet should inform first when they publish their circuit either if their circuit not properly functioning or functioning.
Lastly about the budget to making and finishing the project report. I’m having through all this part especially when we make a final project. The budget is not enough but the project is so tuff so costing. However the project is successfully functioning and finishing but when we claim back, we only get the limited payment and not the same what we pay to buying the components, casing and to make a research report it’s so “ciput”.
We learn from experience and from experience we mature. From Old saying……………

Now everything has change. We won't feel weird when we heard teenagers get pregnant or abandon the babies in the toilet, jungle or hiding place. Didn’t they ever think how cruel it was to leave helpless babies whether in cold or hunger condition? It was so sad when it comes to think how the babies died because of hunger or cold and this scenario happen because of the lifestyle nowadays was too critical. There has no limitation in relationship. They're too social didn't care either boys or girls. They didn't think the result of the action that they are doing in the future, to them they just want to have fun and enjoy while still breathing. But they are totally wrong, the causes to the action that they had done is too deep to country and religion.
So, refer to our topic we cannot take this problem lightly, we need to take it seriously because young generation is going to be lead our heritage to the success in the future and if the young generation in lost then our heritage going to perish and we once again are going to be control by other county. When that happen all the hard work of old people that fight to get independent are going to be waste because of the youth generation did not take care of it.
To prevent this situation happen we need to do something to this young generation. We need to get back these young generation to the right track by channel their energies to goods like having some activities like jungle-tracking, futsal, camping, and a few to say. Besides activities, we also can expose these young generation about sex by adding to their syllabus about sex at school and college. For muslim’s believer, their key to success is faith without it they in lost. So, to help this people from lost they need to have knowledge about religion. In this matter parent play the important role in build the character of their children. Parents need to guide their children in Islam ways not western ways. Because Islam is the best way to educate. In the nut shell, society should do something about this problems because these young generation are going to lead new generation to success.

Lastly, this research done and objective is achieving the goal. I very satisfied with collaboration from lecturer and member of group to settle this research. Special thank to Mdm Saraasmawati because help me for done the research. This topic very interesting compare with the topic teenage pregnant make I dizzy. Experience from this research is, to find the respondent fill questionnaires, working in team group and learn the grammar again.
First experience is, to find the respondent fill the questionnaire. Majority of student are not give collaborate to fill the questionnaire and I think not only my group have this problem but majority of team share this problem. The student very lazy to read and answer the question and sometime just thick without understand what the question about. As example, from my questionnaire have student thick the question TATiUC provided the gymnasium.
Next experience is, working in team group give more benefits to me. I have the best member of group, Muhammad Aiman and Muhammad Nasiruddin where they always give new idea, suggestion and opinion to settle this research. Everybody together consumer a lot of energy, time and money and sometime we all not enough time for sleep. My member of group also smooth to settle the problem and lastly with ‘spirit of team group’ every problem solve.
Last experience is, I learn to understand the grammar again. Grammar is very important in English to make the sentences is used true and suitable. I also learn about past tenses, present tense, singular and plural. Although I learn about grammar from primary school but always do the mistake until today. I believe, not only I have this problem but the member of classroom also. After receive explanation from Mdm Sara, I can add knowledge about the grammar, thank a lot.
As conclusion, many experiences I get from this research and give me more advantage to me. Thank you Mdm Sara, thank you to member of group and classmate and lastly thank to respondent because give collaborates.

Research can be defined as the search for knowledge or any schematic investigation to establish facts or organized and systematic way of finding the answers to the questions. Research also can be defined of scientific research is performing a methodical study in order to prove a hypothesis or a specific question. Researches have a lot of method that we can use like questionnaires, interview, surfing internet, reading a factual book and further more method. Usually the college student at least must do one research in the whole year of study. So if you have been a leader or conducted a research for a group you must have a leadership characteristic like team work, understanding and did not force your partner if not possible. When you are conducted the group for research you must fair to divide the task and making the right decisions. Before I go to the experience in conducting a research I would like to thankful to our Accelerate and Technical writing lecturer Madam Sara Asmawati binti Haji Sharifuddin because gave us a challenge and interesting task on doing a research. This experience on doing research gain to be my strength in future.
First experiences that I get from conducting a group for a research, is to choose the suitable title for our group. This is because we have limited time and we got another commitment. So we choose the subject that can easy to find and get the information. Characteristic of title must have good point and had an affected that can be improve in the future. So we can elaborate the point and answer the questions easily. We also can find the information from the book or internet or from our experiences. When we got the title, we must discuss what method we want to use. Our group choose to use questionnaires and interview. But from this two methods interview was the hardest part because usually respondent did not want to be interview. A lot of excuse if we request to interview like busy to do assignment, shy and other excuse. Some respondent want to be interview but they did not want their image are recording but only their voice.
A part from that, is the typing the report. This was also the hardest part is doing the research because of format , grammar and how to layer the report according to the correct format that standard TATiUC want. And from my experience doing the research before this, there were different format so for this time I had confirmed with our lecturer twice to avoid being mistaken again. For this research we have make a lot of correction to get the good report although in grammar, layer and the format.
Before we can type the report, we must collect the data and make the questionnaires to respondent answer the question. This part did not critical part because our group just pick a respondent although from the staff and student. That why our group did not have a problem from this part. We know a lot of people and it will make our task easy to be accomplished. For me better use the questionnaires to get the data depends on surfing internet. Why? It because surfing the internet did not told correctly about the title we have choose. We want the real situation surrounding us. So we make a decision just use the questionnaires and interview for our research.
Lastly after we got all information that we want, we have a group discuss to finalize for the report and the presentation. We start typing report, after we satisfied our data have been all collected. We have divided into two reports first for staff and second is for student. After finish all again we combined for the last complete report.
Last but not list, this research task teach a lot of moral value. From this task also I learned how to manage time and finished the task by group. The important thing work in group is TEAM WORK, understanding, not selfish and easy to make a discussing and cooperate. If all this characteristics have in the group the task can be complete easily. Like the wonder pet say ,what is important is the team work....

Oookayyy let’s continue to our last topic. According to this topic I need to share my experience during conducting my group research. About the research I’m really grateful to Allah S.W.T because with his bless my group had finish our research report with flying colors. At first when Madam Sara gave this project in class, my group had a little bit confused about what topic we want to research. Then we came to see madam to discuss about our problem. When we discussed with madam, she gives her opinion like “what about you guys do research about the student’s perception about the quality and security personnel at TATiUC”. From that moment we take her idea as our topic research.
After we had our topic, we start discussed about the questionnaire. What are the questions should we ask to respondents and so on. Then after we had our question, once again we go to see madam to ask her opinion about our research questions. When madam done checking our research questions, she gives us the green light, it means that we can continue print out our research questions and can start to gives to the respondents. After finish done the task we continue to make the report. Before we can print out the report we need to do a presentation. This presentation been held by madam because she want to check for the last time whether our report are in the right track or not. Alhamdullillah, my groups is in the right track and we can continue to print our report and submit to madam this Monday before 12 afternoon.
What I really want to say is that I get a lot of experience during this project. First I learn how to manage my scheduled with other subject like what time is a right time to do the project and do others subject assignment and so on. Second I get experienced working in a group for example we need to discuss, share ideas, Spent the money to print and other things about the project fairly and lastly working as teamwork. It means we all do the task together. In the nut shell, this experience will help us in the future.

M y First experience I learned when the research did is how to choose idea for this research because I don’t any good idea about TATiUC. But I would like to say to Miss Sara because she give the good idea about student perception about HEA and HEP. When I get the title I very happy because I thing this title is very interesting and challenging to make the research. But something important when I make the research is how to make the questionnaire because I don’t know or have the knowledge about HEA or HEP. Can do you thing this situation and how I can make research??
Second experience when I make this research is how working in team or group of researcher. This situation because everybody to have different idea and style to make research. With any people and any style how to make the job. This situation is very challenging into finish the research because all idea and style work must to be same when to make research.

There are a few objective why we doing research among to recognize false use of research, as a guide in decision making and knowledge creation.
Firstly, my experience with my group is went we discuss about the topic. Before we choose the topic, many suggestions are given by member of group. We should think many aspects such environment in TATiUC. After discussion, we choose the topic is student’s perception about the quality and security personnel at TATiUC. That show, discussion is very important to make decision.
Secondly, the most critical part is to collect the data. In this research, we used method questionnaires is given to get the student feedback this topic. The problem we found for settle this topic is, majority of respondent not give collaborate where they late to submit questionnaires, lost the questionnaires and not understand about the research.
The next experience is after we finish the finding part, we discuss how to prevent our research. When the presentation. We know how to show the good presentation, know how to speak in audience and can make myself with good grooming. Firstly, I’m really grateful to Allah S.W.T because with his bless my group had finish our research report with well-oiled. , we would like to say thankful to our Accelerated and Technical Writing lecturer Madam Asmawati binti Haji Sharifuddin for teaching and guidance us to finish our research. Besides that, we also would like to say thankful to our friends for their help like give us a lot of good idea that suitable with our research. We also would like to say thanks to TATiUC student especially Degree, HND and Diploma student for their cooperation in answering the questionnaire.
When we are given this task, we discuss title our research with Madam Sara before to start our research. The title our research is student perception about HEA and HEP. The title be related to service HEA and HEP. When we got the title, we must discuss what method we want to use whether questionnaires and interview. Started at first, we choose to use the interview method because our questions suitable use interview method. When we want to start the interview, we have problem to interview because respondent or student did not want to be interview. It is because a lot of excuse to interview them because busy to do assignment, shy and other excuse. Some students want to be interview but they did not want their image are recording but only their voice. After we got this problem, we discuss how to solve this problem with Madam Sara and she suggests using the questionnaires method in order that we can do the research and can finish this research but we must change question from interview method to questionnaire method before start the research question. After our question complete, we circulated to different student course so that we able record data from them. We do the research question by group and we take respective work so that we can finish this task in time are given. We also must work in teamwork when we collected and record the data to easy our work. After we finish collected and record data, we must do the report. This report very hard to be completed because too a lot of work that should be done. Without teamwork, we do not can finish report this perfectly. When we do in teamwork we can do each task fast and perfectly because everyone has different idea and distinctive way. After that, we must presentation the research question. When presentation, we must know how to good presentation and how to talk in audience. From this we could make conclusion that work by very important group in a job.

First to all, I want to special thank for my lecturer accelerated and technical writing madam Saraasmawati binti Haji Sharifuddin because help me for done the research. I have a lot of experience during doing to the research about perception Alumni in TATiUC.
Firstly, my experience to obtain during doing to our research that is add to knowledge about communication skill. The most important as me because with the knowledge, I get to easy interacts with public people. Besides that, it also can facilitate me for example while presentation and interact with lecture. And with this knowledge, it also can help me when I make research again.
Secondly, we our researches have a two method that is interview and questionnaire. Our grouping research, we have facing critical part especially in collecting data because respondent did not give enough cooperating. Problem them because misunderstanding or didn’t know about mean Alumni. Respondent give the answer that not suitable this question and complicate us at making the final report.
Last but not list, our group have a problem to finish the report because of different format with final project report and another subject. For the finding of the report format, after we have discussion with our lecture and the final report including for chapter 1 is introduction, chapter 2 is methodology, chapter 3 is finding, chapter 4 is recommendation and chapter 5 is conclusion. We also have to be careful for check the numbering and spacing because different with another subject.
In the nut shell, in grouping the most important that is teamwork. I have the best member of group Ahmad Husna and Wan Shamsuri where they always give me the new idea and good suggestion during to doing our research. Lastly, many experiences I obtain from this research and give many advantage for me……..

Finally, after almost 2 months, i was successfully finished my research. I would like to say thanks to Miss Sara for giving me a chance to make this research.
My research title is an opinion from Miss Sara. I thinks that the title was very interesting because it is about the management of TATiUC. From this research, the student will know the bad and the good thing about the management in TATiUC. First thing that I thought when I got the title is I want to make an interview method. But, after make a discussion with my group member, we decided to make the questionnaire method because it is more easier and save our time than doing the interview method.
After my group and I submitted our title to Miss Sara, we make the discussion every day to make the research question. After having trouble when doing our research question, we go ask Miss Sara for an advice about how to make our research question. Then, we start doing our research question. It is our main trouble along doing our research.
This research also use a lot of energy and money. My group and i have to passed the research question to the first and the second hostel. Then after 3 days, we have to collect it back to make a report about the result of the research question.We also spend a lot of money to print the research question. but, we dont have any trouble about finance because Yayasan Terengganu already bank in our loan.
That is my experience during make the research about the student perception about HEP and HEA.

English is an important subject in syllabus of University students in Malaysia. Every university students must take this subject because they need to master English language in order to become an excellent student and become more marketable. Here in TATiuC, the English subject is known as Technical English which have three parts that are Technical English 1, Technical English 2 and Technical English 3 and Accelerated writing.
English subject that taken by every student this semester require us to conduct a group research and during the time to complete the research I gain lot of experiences while completing this group research and also leave me some memory either good one or bad one. First aspect that is testing me while doing the research is my leadership skill.
Although this research require me to consume a lot of my energy, time and also money I am very glad to having and finish this task because what I gain during the time of completing the research is very precious for me. The hardest task given for us to complete the research for me is the give the questionnaire with random people. In this session, I get lot of experience and in the same time my confident level had increase. First experience is, to find the respondent fill the questionnaire. Majority of student are not give collaborate to fill the questionnaire. The student very lazy to read and answer the question and sometime just thick without understand what the question about. As example, from my questionnaire have student thick the question TATiUC provided the gymnasium but the TATiUC does not provide the gymnasium. In other method is the interview section where to complete this task firstly I must survey and choose the best person for me to interview regarding to the title of interview I conduct. After choose my target than I need to introduce myself to him and my purpose of interviewing him. At this point I must be literate at my language which means during interview session I must use proper language. In this task I can never be shy and self confidence is really important to make sure information I get from the interviewee is correct and meet the task given.
Group research is possible can be made success without teamwork among group members. With the existence of teamwork in my group our work become easier but can be deny, working in group sometimes can give problems because sometimes there are clash of ideas among us but somehow we manage to convert the idea clashes into a solution to solve each task given. With teamwork also we manage to reduce time, energy and money usage while trying to get each task finish. I believe everything I learn and gain in the duration of completing the research is very useful for me in this present time and also for my future. The research is one of giver. Give a gift of valuable experience. So I would like to share my experience. Experience that very useful in our future principally in employment world. Therefore, I would like to say thanks to Allah, thanks to Madam Sara Asmawati Bt Shariffuddin, thanks to my group members, classmates, the entire respondent and all the people involved directly or indirectly because with the support and cooperation from them, I get new experiences during settle my research.
My first point, I would like talk about the time. This task teaches me how to manage the time to able the research can be settle during the period. What time we should to complete the questionnaire form, what time suitable that can help in distribute the questionnaire to student and also in part in analysis data and compressed to make a report. Administer the time is very important to avoid any disagreement with other task or assignment from other subjects. If we fail plan the time, there are difficult to give the best result.
Second is about the questionnaire. Before that, I just know how to tick…tick…tick…and tick and give back to the researcher. Never think and never know how to make a questionnaire. However, when I receive this task and must do it, this is interesting .I like the new things in my life. I learn many aspects in process to make the questionnaire. For example is about my topic, The Usage of Facilities at TATiUC. I required understanding the topic first, understanding what the objective of this research, what their goal and also understand how to make questions of this research to sure the objective achieved. So when I do, I know how to make it. Therefore, the questionnaire provided one of my attractive experiences, that very useful in my future.
After got the feedback from respondent, we must analyze and make a report of this research. During the report progress, we indirectly were practice what we learn about the report in class. In class we learn theoretical and for our research is place to practical. Report is important because it show the result of what we do. This situation increased my knowledge about how to make a report. In addition, this research also is one part to me in train my presentation. I can practice how to face the audiences, how to be more confident for myself and also learn how to be a good presentation.
Last but not least, there are various experience from the research. Like what my friends says in their comment above, about the team work, how to face a problem and so on. Consequently, experience can be a teacher to us in the next time. With experience, we aware how to make something and can increase our knowledge to be more genius.

Firstly, I would like to say thank you to my lecturer Madam Sara Asmawati for giving me the opportunity to make my own blog. Before this, I never thought that I could have my own blog. So, I really appreciate about that. Thank you very much madam.
Okay, let's continue to our main topic. This week, the topic is about "Conducting a research consumes a lot of your energy, time and possibly money. Share with us your experience of conducting your group research for the course."
I think, this topic is very interesting compare to the previous week topic that made me closed to write the comment. My research tittle is about the alumni and the research title is giving by madam. This is the hard topic to make a research. Before I doing the research, I don't know what is the meaning of alumni. After that, we went to meet with madam every week to ask her about the research. Thanks to God. Finally, I completely done my research.
There are a lot of experience that I can obtain from conducting my group research for the course that are to find the respondent to fill the questionnaire, the respondent did not done their job and give their co-operate very well and teamwork.
Firstly, to find the respondent to fill the questionnaire. While I doing the research, I have some problem that is to find who are the respondent that should fill the questionnaire. Then, I went to meet with madam again to solve the problem. Madam said, I must choose who are the final year student in TATiUC. So, the first problem settled.
Then, the respondent did not done their job and give their co-operate very well. Here, there are many respondent did not done their job very well such as, the respondent did not know what is the meaning of alumni. So, my research will not completely successful because of the respond from the respondent. Beside of that, the respondent not completely answer the questionnaire. They lazy to read and answer the questionnaire. Hmm, so embarrassing. In spite of that, the respondent did not want to be interview. A lot of excuse if we request to interview them like busy to do assignment, shy and other excuse. Some respondent want to be interview but they did not want their image are recording but only their voice. My research is divided into two section that are questionnaire and interview. Then, I went to meet with madam again to solve this problem. Madam said, the interview section 'did not put' in my research. Then, the problem settled. As a conclusion, the respondent did not done their job and give their co-operate very well.
Lastly, teamwork. Working in a team group gives more benefits to me. I have the best members of group such as Mohammad Hafizul Aimie and Wan Shamsuri where they are always give new idea, suggestion and opinion to completely done this research. Everybody together consumer a lot of energy, time and money and sometimes, we all did not have enough time to sleep. My members of group also smooth to settle the problem and lastly, with ‘spirit of the team group’, every problem can solve very easy.
As a conclusion, I would like to say thank you to my group, Madam Sara and our respondents for the time they spent in order to help us doing my research. Thank you very much.

First of all, Alhamdulillah and thanks to Allah S.W.T because with the bless my research finally finish. Thanks to our lecturer, madam sara for giving us the guidance to do this research. Due to the last topic, I want to share my experience of conducting my group research. Firstly, we are told to do the research about anything related to TATiUC. My group had some problem about our research topic. Many suggestion of topic are given due to TATiUC environment. At first, our group want to make a research about the food at TATiUC but our madam said the research about this topic already have last sem. So she gives her opinion about the security at TATiUC. After a little bit discussion, we agree and choose the topic about “the student’s perception about the security and security personnel at TATiUC”. The first things we do after get the topic is to prepare 20 questions in our questionnaire that about to be give to some respondents. After we finish doing the questionnaire, we go to see madam to approve the questionnaire. After madam agrees we start to give the questionnaire to students. After collect back the questionnaire with all the feedback, we start to do the report. The report should be done due follow the format gave by madam. The most difficult part of report is about the finding. It takes a long time to finish this part. Before we submit the complete report, we have to present about our research to madam. Gratefully our presentation is going well. Without a doubt, a lot of energy, time and money consume while doing this research. Lastly, as a conclusion, from this research I obtain many experience such as teamwork spirit, time management, group discussion, and self confidence to talk in front of people. With all I had trough, I want to say thank you to madam sara, my group member, my friend and all the respondents that help us to finish the research. Thank you so much!!

After across tired and weary, our research process done smoothly without any conflict and problem. I'm give so much appreciated to all give cooperation and support to accomplish my research. A lot of experience I get from making this research. And also thanks a lot to my great English lecturer Ms.Sara gave us a support and guide to finish this research.
First experience I learned is how to cooperate with people in a group. It is happen when in group, cooperation and team work is very important. It is because when with different head and idea, cooperation is needed to discuss the researches and job. It can’t challenge to applied work load management according to group members strength equally and to satisfied each other.
Second experience is I learn is how to manage our time. To make research, more time need to spent together. For example, one of our group is Samsul, is a staff. He must to manage their time to make research together. That I learn is how to manage our time to be same with Samsul time to make together. For example to discuss, interview, make questionnaire, all job must doing in together.
Lastly is understanding with each other. It is very important and must have to people in a group. With that, it can’t make member’s to work together and cooperate. And also must help and guide with a member.
The important from the work is all the work must be understanding, team work, and discussing. All these characteristics have in the group the when to complete the research.

First of all thank to god (Allah S.W.T)with blase our group have finish presentation in this week and get a good comment from Mdm Sara Asmawati also her guidence to lead our group to managed a interesting topic of the research what have we done. Here I want to share with you all about experinces that I and my partners have gain and learn through starting to get imformation untill in this week which is the finial process of compliting the research report.
Since starting the research the first experience I learned is gethering the imformation which is from conducting the interview and collecting the data. Here I have several problem to get the infromation about the topic that need to set a meeting with a presedent of the organization get a hole ideas to continuing the research which is give good cooperation. Mean while during distibuting the data also have several of problem such as the respondent not fill all the data need and also not give their response as we need.
Another experince that i have eraned are compiled the data that have taken and construct the questionnire whis is not be easy becaused this need careful and beware in order to achived the target of question to respondent is need. From here I learn to team work with my partners which is do disscucsion, mind mapping or brain storming that give us a lot of ideas to done this task. Therefore, in this survey what i have learn is how to manage time in order to obtain the research completed in time before the date line that given by madam.Here our team always follows time line that given by madam sara.
As conclusion, I very thakful expecially to Madam Sara Asmawati for guided us and give support to obtain the sprits of working together with my team which is give a lot of ideas and cooperation in completion this task.thanks to all....

Some people said that the moment in campus life is the sweetest time in their life. I think what makes it sweet is the challenges and the obstacles that must be faced. Then the challenges and obstacles will be the good experience in the future. So, conducting the research for me is also the challenges that must be accomplished by hook or by crook.
There are some pros and contras during the distribution of this research. Firstly, I would like to tell about the advantages for me by doing this research.
Actually, this research taught me a lot of knowledge and skill. I’m very grateful toward Allah S.W.T because from this research, I have conducted some interviews with some experienced personnel with different background. The most nervous time in doing he interview is to speak the foreign lecturer that totally cannot speak in Malay, but after that, I feel so much confidence to communicate with others in English. Besides, I learned from the respondents on how to give an instantaneous comment without touching the sensitivity of people and I think I have gained the knowledge of the communication skills.
Furthermore, this research taught me more about the teamwork. Without this teamwork, I think the research will totally collapse and cannot be finished by the time required. And with gifted moment, I would like to express my gratitude to Mdm Sara and to both of my fellow group members, Shamsul and Faris. It was a great time doing the research with you and I hope that this team spirit will last for the next given task.
In addition, I learn how to solve problem that appears during the research time. For example, we were having a lot of problem in distributing the questionnaires and gratefully the problem can be solved peacefully without any argument between the group members. It was all about the understanding each other, sitting together discussing and pushing aside the selfishness.
For the contra, actually I have put such a massive effort to accomplish this research. It consumed a lot of my time and often getting so tired doing this task. I have sacrificed a lot of time including my bed time to conduct this research. But I think it was my fault because I’m a fragile man when it comes to the time management.
As a conclusion, the research won’t be finished if there is no teamwork bonded between the group members. The important thing is, I was really enjoying my time conducting this research and once again please accept my billions of thankfulness to those who are involved in this research especially my lecturer and fellow group members.

I think, this topic is very interesting to compare into my group project for my course.However it's so interesting especially when we finished the research. From my experience when making and finishing the research, are about the members in team work to my project.When to finish the research my group to sharp time to submit my research group.
Second,this research also use a lot of energy and money.For example, my group discussion for print out of research to team work expel to money and energy.
The next experience is after we finish the finding part, we discuss how to prevent our research.We know how to show the good presentation, know how to speak in audience and can make myself with good grooming. In finish our research, we consumer a lot of energy, time and money and sometime we all not enough time for sleep.
Lastly experience,get learned to how conducting my group.I learned this when I handled an interview section with experienced people on to research.I also learned how to dealing with representative person to ask their time for interview section from making appointment and so on.
In conclusion,the reasearch is not finished without team work. Team work must cooperate to finished research.
