Firstly before I'm going to the answer of the question, I’m will like to give the definition of leadership: A simple definition of leadership is that leadership is the art of motivating a group of people to act towards achieving a common goal. Put even more simply, the leader is the inspiration and director of the action. He or she is the person in the group that possesses the combination of personality and skills that makes others want to follow his or her direction. In business, leadership is welded to performance. Effective leaders are those who increase their company’s' bottom lines. In institution example TATiUC, to improving student’s leadership skills by expose the students to the leadership courses. This is because from here the students know why the leadership is important in a life especially in student environment and working environment and how difficult to be the best of leadership besides to get the skill in effective of leadership. What the important in the leadership skills are the discipline and skills to solve the problems. To lead the process of improve student’s leadership skills are not easier as you thing. The process should be flow by step to step and continuously and should get support, cooperation and contribution from the top manager in TATiUC. This is because to get the best of leadership skill should start from the management in TATiUC. If management of TATiUC could shown the good leadership skill of cause the students are following. From the old saying “like the crab teach the son walk straight.” In the near future, the leadership skills are very important and helpfully the graduate because from here the graduate have a high disciplines, skill communication, good attitude and skill to solve the problems and went they apply in working environment, the company can be improving either from productivity quantity and quality. After that the country can be growing up and be excellent and example to the whole country.
When talk about leadership , I would like to tell a story about Hadrat Umar (r.a) who's the second Kalifah in Islam. I think this is a good example for you to be good leader. Once he was busy with some important work when a person come to him and complaining about some petty grievance , requested for it redress.Hadrat Umar (r.a) laid a lash across his shoulders , saying : " when I sit for that purpose , you do not come to me but when I engaged in other important work you come with your grievances to interrupt me." The person walked away.But Hadrat Umar (r.a) sent for him and handling his whip over to him , said : "You now lash me to even the matter." He said :" I forgive for the sake of Allah." Hadrat Umar (r.a) went home , prayed a salaat of two rakaats in repentance and upbraided himself saying: "O, Umar! You were low but Allah elevated you. You were wandering astray but Allah guided you. You were base but Allah ennobled you and gave you sovereignty over His people. Now one of them comes and asks you for redress of the wrong done to him , and you beat him? What answer have you to give to Allah? He kept on chiding himself thus for a very long time. This story is very long story. But if you read carefully, you will get a lot of lesson from the story. Before we go deeply discuss about leadership, we must know the responsibility as a leader.This story descried to you about leader responsibility. What Tatiuc needs to do is only add one subject in the syllabus.This subject is Human Resource Study.I have learned about leadership skill when I studied Diploma in GMI.Every student suppose to take this subject at final year. In this subject , we gain our knowledge about time management , leadership skill , manpower management and work load management. When we go to lead the process , we just apply all of managements we are learned in Human Resource study.We set the time under time management , distribute a task according to work load management and we control manpower depend on the position by leadership skill. Leadership skill is very important to every student.If in future they work as supervisor , they know how to supervise the people.They will survive in their working enviorement.If not , maybe they cannot survive and they working under pressure. Therefore , every student must learn leadership skill for their better life.Leadership skill not only can apply in working area but also in our family management.If you are failed to manage , you are manage to fail.If you are failed to manage your time , you are always waste your time.These are things you must concern in your leadership.
To reach successfully life, good in academics are not enough if no leadership skills. By leadership skills, someone can get more benefits in their life. Student especially, this skill is very important for them. They can obtain more confidence either in the college or in the public. So that, what necessary changes are needed at TATiUC in terms of improving students’ leadership skills?
First of all, student must expose about the leadership skills detailed. What the meaning of leadership, why this skill is important, how this skill can help and give benefits for someone, and how to apply this skill in life and in near future. These exposures can make by seminar, training or introduced one subject in student syllabus like what maxso says in his comment.
Then, one of method to lead the process is by practice. Like the education system, student must learn theoretical in class first before go to industrial training for practice their theory. Therefore, when they understood and have leadership attributes, such as beliefs, values, ethics, character, knowledge and skills, they must apply or practice all in their life like in organization, public and surely in their self.
If the students maintain these skills in their life, they can acquire more benefits and reward in near future. Leadership skills can help someone to be trust and confidence and make someone have effective communication in their working world. Also, they can be a professional employee who possesses good character traits like honesty, competence, candor, commitment, integrity, courage, straightforwardness and imagination.
Mohamad Zahari B Zakari 09B03007 BMEC Improve Student leadership is the process of involving student in meaningful ways both in the classroom or college. It also provides opportunities for student to demonstrate their talent, skill and interests while continuing to develop new skill.
To improve leadership skill, TATiUC should recommend the leadership workshop at every semester. In this program, TATiUC need prepare the program is suitable to improve leadership such organize the new organization. These programs important because it give the student learn and practice to arrange the new student in club or association. At TATiUC, this program is called as ‘Management Organization Camp’ and just conduct only a session in a years. TATiUC particularly HEP should make this program every semester because it proves can improve student leadership skill.
For lead the process to improve the student leadership skill it very difficult. This because it need collaborate from MPP, association and club, HEP and most important from management of TATiUC. This college should prepare the budget and allow the program for improve the leadership skill.
Leadership skill important at graduate because it can help for their future. As example, with leadership skill, it can help the student in interview, can life at new place and environment and easy to get new friend and most important to get the job. This because with leadership, the student have good altitude such discipline, responsibility and polite.
Leadership...leadership...leadership..what is the meaning of leadership? for me the meaning of leadership is someone that have to guide the people under his/her supervision. In group someone need to be the leader base on the personality of the person for example the person must have teamwork, honest, competent, forward-looking, inspiring, intelligent, fair-minded and straightforward. With this personality the person can be a leader.
Back to our topic.. I agree with Maxso that Tatiuc can add a new subject that base on leadership skills. With this subject the student can improve their leadership skills within them. With this subject also it will build the confidence in student as example they have to communicate with other student to share ideas how to solve a problem and so on. First, students must have the criteria to be a leader like competent, open minded, good appearance and confident to make decision. Students can obtain this criteria from join any club in TATiUC like Kelanasiswa. This club will teach us about how to handle or manage ourself like in a camping or in an emergency situation. Kelanasiswa club also will teach us about how to gain discipline in ourself.

back to our topic, i agree with maxso and taqen said, TATiUC can add a new subject base on leadership skill. but when to add a new subject we must have planning what the topic inside this subject. for example, communication skill subject. what the topic must to inside this subject for example presentation, team work and many more. from this subject, student can improve confidence and communication skill when to get good job.

Changes that need to do to boost TATiUC?s students leadership skills actually can be made in lot of method and must involve everybody from the top managements to lecturers and of course the students themselves.
First and foremost, the managements should play it very first role by showing good leadership skills to their employees and students. It is because, in a business of running a place for tertiary education they must provide great service to the students and it all begin with great leadership in the management office. As for the lecturer, they also must play their part by give more task that require them to meet lot of people. They also must teach students to do great presentation and practice to presentation a lot.
As for the students, they can play their part by do the task given by lecturer properly and they also must take their part in campus activities. Be a Student Representative (MPP) also a good way for student to increase their leadership level. As a student myself, I can lead the way to increase my own leadership skills by joining club and try to become committee member in every club I had join. I also must gain trust form the other members to nominate me as their president and to gain their trust I must prove to them I can hold lot of responsibilities and make sure I can organize the society smoothly by conduct great activities and programs. The leadership skills actually are a basic thing that every fresh graduate must have when they finish their study. With proper leadership skill they are more valuable and had opportunity to fill position in a top management position. Graduates with great leadership also can survive business world if they choose to start their own business and with no doubt they can reach top level with great achievement. Besides, all students in TATiUC should be given a chance to lead a certain organization joined. This will help student to create a network between the other members of the organization. Networking is a very important key in order to improve their personal effectiveness and advance their careers. It also helps students to expand their social skills and increase their ability to gain knowledge.

Apart from that, maybe we also can create or find the student’s talent to be MPP at tatiuc. In order to know yourself, you have to understand your be, know, and do, attributes. Seeking self-improvement means continually intensification your attributes. This can be accomplished through self-study, formal classes, reflection, and interacting with others. Second, be technically proficient. As a leader, you must know your job and have a solid familiarity with your organization tasks. Third, seek responsibility and take responsibility for your actions .Search for ways to lead your organization to new heights. And when things go wrong, they always do sooner or later. Do not blame others. Analyze the situation, take corrective action, and move on to the next challenge. Besides that, make sound and timely decisions. Use good problem solving, decision making, and planning tools. Next, set the example. Be a good role model for your employees. They must not only hear what they are expected to do, but also see. Develop a sense of responsibility in your workers .Help to develop good character traits that will help them carry out their professional responsibilities. Not everyone have a good skills in a leadership.Different people have a different perception in a leadership.For me leadership is a never ending process of self-study , education , training and experiences.As a leader , we need to have all aspect to be a good leader. These do not come naturally, but are acquired through continual work and study. Good leaders are continually working and studying to improve their leadership skills.Good leadership need to have target and have to archieve their goal.The basis of good leadership is honorable character and selfless service to your organization. In your employees' eyes, your leadership is everything you do that effects the organization's objectives and their well-being. Respected leaders concentrate on what they are , what they know, what they do , and last but not list what the affected if they take action. In TATiUC management need to changes some part of curriculum and co-curriculum if they want to born and improve a good leadership.It is because not easy to develop a good leader of TATiUC student.The management should create more leadership course , more grouping activities and motivation camp. In each activities , should have a guideline and what skills need to be a good leadership like planning , team building and how to organize and solve the problem and the if of their action. The management especially Student Affairs and Alumni Department also need to use merit system than can pull student to involve in club. For example club help more to learn how to be a good leadership because when we expose more we will find more information and how to manage the club to improve our club afford. So as a student , we should be active not only in club but also in all aspect like education , experiences and a good relation with other people. When we have all the aspect we will more easy to manage organization because we have all aspects to be a good leadership. The other factor to be a good leader is networking because good networking will make student to have their self confidence and good public relation.In the future leader skills will help student to have good characteristic in their working area. On 3 rd March 2010, this country shock with news about baby died and burn in dustbin. This news very sad to Malaysian and it very not humanity. This is example when pregnancy among the teenager. The crime it just not happens but it has chain of critical event. This situation happened because relationships free sex between male and female. If the female pregnant most of male do not responsibility and baby are born discard anywhere.
This social problem happen because they less religion knowledge. With religion the teenager estrange herself from drug problem, free sex, family problem and drinking alcohol is became the reason happen pregnancy among the teenager. Teen are easily caught in love addict situation which means they are willing to do anything as ask by their boyfriend. For the solution to prevent the scenario happen again and again we must think how to manage settle the entire problem about the teenager problem. Do not just blame the teenager about the false but all the society especially our parents must take a good action to care her daughter from fallen into the teenager pregnant while young. The parents especially, must know who their children friend and go out. Do not give permission, if parent do not know with whom there out! With the maximum control they can prevent this bad happen. Today parents just busy with their work until forget for give or teach their daughter moral value in life. Do not depend on their teacher to teach the all moral value, but the best way to create the excellent human character is from our parents. Finally, parents should also be counseled to help their own children through this difficult period in their development.

When talk about leadership , I would like to tell a story about Hadrat Umar (r.a) who's the second Kalifah in Islam. I think this is a good example for you to be good leader.
Once he was busy with some important work when a person come to him and complaining about some petty grievance , requested for it redress.Hadrat Umar (r.a) laid a lash across his shoulders , saying :
" when I sit for that purpose , you do not come to me but when I engaged in other important work you come with your grievances to interrupt me."
The person walked away.But Hadrat Umar (r.a) sent for him and handling his whip over to him , said :
"You now lash me to even the matter."
He said :" I forgive for the sake of Allah."
Hadrat Umar (r.a) went home , prayed a salaat of two rakaats in repentance and upbraided himself saying:
"O, Umar! You were low but Allah elevated you. You were wandering astray but Allah guided you. You were base but Allah ennobled you and gave you sovereignty over His people. Now one of them comes and asks you for redress of the wrong done to him , and you beat him? What answer have you to give to Allah?
He kept on chiding himself thus for a very long time.
This story is very long story. But if you read carefully, you will get a lot of lesson from the story. Before we go deeply discuss about leadership, we must know the responsibility as a leader.This story descried to you about leader responsibility.
What Tatiuc needs to do is only add one subject in the syllabus.This subject is Human Resource Study.I have learned about leadership skill when
I studied Diploma in GMI.Every student suppose to take this subject at final year. In this subject , we gain our knowledge about time management , leadership skill , manpower management and work load management.
When we go to lead the process , we just apply all of managements we are learned in Human Resource study.We set the time under time management , distribute a task according to work load management and we control manpower depend on the position by leadership skill.
Leadership skill is very important to every student.If in future they work as supervisor , they know how to supervise the people.They will survive in their working enviorement.If not , maybe they cannot survive and they working under pressure.
Therefore , every student must learn leadership skill for their better life.Leadership skill not only can apply in working area but also in our family management.If you are failed to manage , you are manage to fail.If you are failed to manage your time , you are always waste your time.These are things you must concern in your leadership.

To reach successfully life, good in academics are not enough if no leadership skills. By leadership skills, someone can get more benefits in their life. Student especially, this skill is very important for them. They can obtain more confidence either in the college or in the public. So that, what necessary changes are needed at TATiUC in terms of improving students’ leadership skills?
First of all, student must expose about the leadership skills detailed. What the meaning of leadership, why this skill is important, how this skill can help and give benefits for someone, and how to apply this skill in life and in near future. These exposures can make by seminar, training or introduced one subject in student syllabus like what maxso says in his comment.
Then, one of method to lead the process is by practice. Like the education system, student must learn theoretical in class first before go to industrial training for practice their theory. Therefore, when they understood and have leadership attributes, such as beliefs, values, ethics, character, knowledge and skills, they must apply or practice all in their life like in organization, public and surely in their self.
If the students maintain these skills in their life, they can acquire more benefits and reward in near future. Leadership skills can help someone to be trust and confidence and make someone have effective communication in their working world. Also, they can be a professional employee who possesses good character traits like honesty, competence, candor, commitment, integrity, courage, straightforwardness and imagination.

Improve Student leadership is the process of involving student in meaningful ways both in the classroom or college. It also provides opportunities for student to demonstrate their talent, skill and interests while continuing to develop new skill.
To improve leadership skill, TATiUC should recommend the leadership workshop at every semester. In this program, TATiUC need prepare the program is suitable to improve leadership such organize the new organization. These programs important because it give the student learn and practice to arrange the new student in club or association. At TATiUC, this program is called as ‘Management Organization Camp’ and just conduct only a session in a years. TATiUC particularly HEP should make this program every semester because it proves can improve student leadership skill.
For lead the process to improve the student leadership skill it very difficult. This because it need collaborate from MPP, association and club, HEP and most important from management of TATiUC. This college should prepare the budget and allow the program for improve the leadership skill.
Leadership skill important at graduate because it can help for their future. As example, with leadership skill, it can help the student in interview, can life at new place and environment and easy to get new friend and most important to get the job. This because with leadership, the student have good altitude such discipline, responsibility and polite.

Leadership...leadership...leadership..what is the meaning of leadership? for me the meaning of leadership is someone that have to guide the people under his/her supervision. In group someone need to be the leader base on the personality of the person for example the person must have teamwork, honest, competent, forward-looking, inspiring, intelligent, fair-minded and straightforward. With this personality the person can be a leader.
Back to our topic.. I agree with Maxso that Tatiuc can add a new subject that base on leadership skills. With this subject the student can improve their leadership skills within them. With this subject also it will build the confidence in student as example they have to communicate with other student to share ideas how to solve a problem and so on. In other word this subject also can improve student communication skill.
Leadership skills will help the student in the near future by how to manage time management in work and family. With a good time management someone can handle the time with family and work properly.

First of all, I want to say thanks to Ms Sara for giving us an interesting topic this week.
Before we talk about changes are needed to improving students leadership skills, we must think about how important that skills in our life. For me, this leadership skills is very important because we must apply this skills no matter where we are. For example, at home, this skills is the most important thing that we must have because we need to handle our family properly like finance and time management between work and family.
Now, back to our main topic about what necessary changes are needed at TATiUC in terms of improving students leadership skills. First, students must have the criteria to be a leader like competent, open minded, good appearance and confident to make decision. Students can obtain this criteria from join any club in TATiUC like Kelanasiswa. This club will teach us about how to handle or manage ourself like in a camping or in an emergency situation. Kelanasiswa club also will teach us about how to gain discipline in ourself.
I also agree with maxso that TATiUC can add a new subject that can gain the leadership skills in students even the lecturer also.
This leadership skills also give benefit to ourself in the near future because with this skills, we know how to manage family and work very well.

Leadership gift benefits to the student. Actually, every person is the leader and just skill it different one person to the other person. The skill very important because it can caused the program became smooth without any problem. In this topic, i want give my opinion about the topic how to improving leadership skill at TATiUC, how to lead the process and lastly how this skill help the to graduate future.
The definition of leadership skill is a process by which a person influences others to accomplish an objective and directs the organization in a way that makes it more cohesive and coherent.
The first necessary changes are needed at TATiUC to improve student leadership subject as elective subject. This is because, TATiUC not prepare this subject. This subject can teach the student to become leadership skill. The second necessary is provide by TATiUC is establish leadership club. This club should handle the program about camping, motivation camp and social program. This club can improve the leadership skill.
Many step should have be taken by management at TATiUC to lead the process. The process is TATiUC obligation all the student to join this club or take the subject to improve the leadership skill. The advantages of TATiUC is produce the graduate have high quality such as polite, autarchy, brave and many more.
As a conclusion, leadership skill very important to graduate particularly for their future like to find the job and life in new environment.

What is the leadership? Leadership is leader spirit should have in self each mankind. This spirit very important because we need be this spirit to lead if we given important assignment and task. We must know how to handle this task.
I agree with bahari opinion where TATiUC should prepare the leadership subject and establish a leadership club. This necessary also important to improve leadership skill. Through the club, student can learn many knowledge such as handle the program and join social program. The benefit from the active in club is student become brave, responsibility and how solve the problem. From this subject, student can learn about leadership skill with theoretically and can practice with join the club. Now, these necessary became perfect where student can practice with theoretically and practically. From this important because we can use this skill when we handle each program.
For lead the process to improve the student leadership skill it very difficult. This is because just management TATiUC have a power to occur leadership subject and leadership club become reality. This is because the process need budget where a both necessary need instructor to handle it.

First of all, student must know the meaning of the leadership skills detailed and why this skills is important for our life as the student of IPTA or IPTS according to TATiUC. By the leadership skills, someone will obtain many benefits in their life.
I also agree with maxso that TATiUC can add a new subject that base on leadership skills. With this subject can improve their leadership skills and can gain confidence to the student. In spite of that, TATiUC should to increase programme for student such as “kelana siswa”. This programme can make the student open-minded, good appearance, confident to make decision and therefore could help student the increase leadership skills.
For lead the process many step should is taken by the TATiUC. Firstly, TATiUC compelled student study these subject. Secondly, TATiUC prepare the budgets to student make the program. Particularly, budget is receive by student is low and not enough for handle the program and student always find the outside sponsor.

back to our topic, i agree with maxso and taqen said, TATiUC can add a new subject base on leadership skill. but when to add a new subject we must have planning what the topic inside this subject. for example, communication skill subject. what the topic must to inside this subject for example presentation, team work and many more. from this subject, student can improve confidence and communication skill when to get good job.
For lead the process to improve student become leadership skill is not easier as you thing. this process to require sacrifice time and energy in shaping good leadership skill. for example when student join club MPP, Kelanasiswa and many more, them have criteria to be a leader like open minded and confidence when make decision. This club will teach us about how to handle the problem or make the decision.

Changes that need to do to boost TATiUC?s students leadership skills actually can be made in lot of method and must involve everybody from the top managements to lecturers and of course the students themselves.
First and foremost, the managements should play it very first role by showing good leadership skills to their employees and students. It is because, in a business of running a place for tertiary education they must provide great service to the students and it all begin with great leadership in the management office. As for the lecturer, they also must play their part by give more task that require them to meet lot of people. They also must teach students to do great presentation and practice to presentation a lot.
As for the students, they can play their part by do the task given by lecturer properly and they also must take their part in campus activities. Be a Student Representative (MPP) also a good way for student to increase their leadership level. As a student myself, I can lead the way to increase my own leadership skills by joining club and try to become committee member in every club I had join. I also must gain trust form the other members to nominate me as their president and to gain their trust I must prove to them I can hold lot of responsibilities and make sure I can organize the society smoothly by conduct great activities and programs. The leadership skills actually are a basic thing that every fresh graduate must have when they finish their study. With proper leadership skill they are more valuable and had opportunity to fill position in a top management position. Graduates with great leadership also can survive business world if they choose to start their own business and with no doubt they can reach top level with great achievement. If they are on the right lane, they even can build their own business empire because every great achievement starts with great leadership!

From my point of view, in terms of improving students' leadership skills are needed at TATiUC because it is important in student environment especially for student went to working environment such as industrial training is very difficult to be the best of leadership besides to get the skill in effective of leadership.
ReplyDeleteThe most important thing need to become a leader in terms of improving students' leadership skills is Proactive. Being proactive means thinking and acting ahead. Basically, It's a great method for avoiding more work down the road but also can be extremely important for leadership skills.
Therefore another skill of improving students' leadership is teamwork. generally teamwork are relate to how good you as a leader. So the question of 'How do I become a leader' is really a question of 'how can I lead a team'. All of this need to be done step by step process in order to gain the skill of leaderships.
The management techniques can be used impressively to improve your leadership as a result can develops internal self character which is responsibility, discipline and skills to solve the problems. This is because from here the students know why the leadership is important in a life.

When we speak about the leadership, the most important thing that will come out is the leader. The leaders are made, not born. Good leaders develop through a never ending process of self-study, education, training, and experience, and all of these criteria are vital for someone to have in order to be an excellent and efficient leader.
Developing TATiUC’s students to be a good leader will be a hard task for everyone involves in this campus, starting from the administration to the students must have a very strong cooperation to succeed in this goal. Form my thought; there are several ways to improve our student’s leadership skills.
Firstly, TATiUC’s administration should organize more seminars, courses, and leadership training camp. This activity must include leadership skills such as team building, decision making, planning, self esteem, motivating and self confidence. This program also should include the student to complete a certain task according to what they have learned in their previous training session.
Another way to improve student’s leadership skills is to create the student leadership performance evaluation. This evaluation must be done by lecturers and Student Affairs & Alumni Department. This evaluation should be included as an assessment for their subjects.
Besides, all students in TATiUC should be given a chance to lead a certain organization joined. This will help student to create a network between the other members of the organization. Networking is a very important key in order to improve their personal effectiveness and advance their careers. It also helps students to expand their social skills and increase their ability to gain knowledge.
By applying the leadership skills and attitude,it will help our students to develop and project this desired characteristic in their work environment after graduating. Besides, most of the company in Malaysia will require their candidate to have all the basic role to be a good leader to be hired. Leadership also vital to be practiced by our students after their marriage in how to manage their own family.

There are 3 necessary changes are needed at TATiUC in terms of improving students' leadership skills that are add a new leadership course, expose student about leadership skills, and lead a certain organization joined.
Firstly, TATiUC should add a new leadership course to improve leadership skills to students. It is important to students to have a high disciplines, skill communication, and good attitude.
In spite of that, TATiUC should also exposes student about leadership skills such as has a seminar about leadership skills, sent the student to training outside and many more. It is also important to the students such as to obtain more knowledge about the leadership skills, know how to manage each thing about leadership and many more.
Lastly, TATiUC should also give a chance to students to lead a certain organization joined. This will help students to create a network between the other members of the organization. Good leaders are made not born. If we have the wish and willpower, we can become an successful leader. Good leaders develop through a never ending process of self-study, education, training, and experience. This lead will help us through that process. Leadership meaning a process by which a person influences others to achieve an objective and directs the organization in a way that makes it more cohesive and coherent. Leaders carry out this process by applying their leadership attributes, such as beliefs, values, ethics, character, knowledge, and skills. Although your position as a manager, supervisor, lead, etc. gives you the authority to accomplish certain tasks and objectives in the organization, this power does not make you a leader, it simply makes you the boss. Leadership differs in that it makes the followers want to achieve high goals, rather than simply bossing people around.
What necessary changes are needed at tatiuc in terms of improving student’s leadership? I suggest to improve students leadership skills at tatiuc , I think students need to expose more details about leadership skill. In other hand, tatiuc management should set up a club which is curriculum club to teach about leadership skill and the management needs to oblige the entire student to join this. Apart from that, maybe we also can create or find the student’s talent to be MPP at tatiuc. At least the MPP organization has lots of knowledge about leadership skill and then they can also apply their knowledge to managed and improve the organization.
To be a leader should have more skills in leadership. There are several skills to lead. First, know yourself and seek self-improvement. In order to know yourself, you have to understand your be, know, and do, attributes. Seeking self-improvement means continually intensification your attributes. This can be accomplished through self-study, formal classes, reflection, and interacting with others. Second, be technically proficient. As a leader, you must know your job and have a solid familiarity with your organization tasks. Third, seek responsibility and take responsibility for your actions .Search for ways to lead your organization to new heights. And when things go wrong, they always do sooner or later. Do not blame others. Analyze the situation, take corrective action, and move on to the next challenge. Besides that, make sound and timely decisions. Use good problem solving, decision making, and planning tools. Next, set the example. Be a good role model for your employees. They must not only hear what they are expected to do, but also see. Mahatma Gandhi said, We must become the change we want to see. Develop a sense of responsibility in your workers .Help to develop good character traits that will help them carry out their professional responsibilities. Then, ensure that tasks are understood, supervised, and accomplished. Communication is the key to this responsibility. Last but not least, train as a team - Although many so called leaders call their organization, department, section, etc. A team they are not really teams. They are just a group of people doing their jobs.
In the nut shell, leadership very vital for help our graduates in the near future. For the example it help us during the interview. Besides that it teaches us how to be a good leader when the company gives task. Apart from that, it teach us to be more disciplines, punctual, high self confidence which is these criteria are looking during job interview

When talk the leadership,that mean a person in a organisation or department where manage to became succesfully.To become a leader is a hard with have good criteria,high confident,education and many more.in tatiuc collage, many way that to improving student’s leadership skill.From this topic that several my opinion to improving that’s.
Firstly, in this collage one organisation called MPP or majlis perwakilan pelajar is a one way to improving student’s leadership. Student will can learn how to manage in the organisation and be a leader. That way student can learn and also abiality to gain a knowlage.
Secondly ,administration is also important for this proses.Many they can do for improving a leadership skill. They can set up a club or organisation for student joined with intresting program and make it’s one of student academic. Student will must to join that club at least one or will failer.With that,student will a chance to improving thier leadersip skill. They are also should organize a seminar, leadership camp and anything con improve thier skill.
Other opinion, i think all student should give a chance to became a leader in a club or organisation. They can learn how to become a leader and to management. And also can comunite to other student in this collage.

Not everyone have a good skills in a leadership.Different people have a different perception in a leadership.For me leadership is a never ending process of self-study , education , training and experiences.As a leader , we need to have all aspect to be a good leader. These do not come naturally, but are acquired through continual work and study. Good leaders are continually working and studying to improve their leadership skills.Good leadership need to have target and have to archieve their goal.The basis of good leadership is honorable character and selfless service to your organization. In your employees' eyes, your leadership is everything you do that effects the organization's objectives and their well-being. Respected leaders concentrate on what they are , what they know, what they do , and last but not list what the affected if they take action.
In TATiUC management need to changes some part of curriculum and co-curriculum if they want to born and improve a good leadership.It is because not easy to develop a good leader of TATiUC student.The management should create more leadership course , more grouping activities and motivation camp. In each activities , should have a guideline and what skills need to be a good leadership like planning , team building and how to organize and solve the problem and the if of their action. The management especially Student Affairs and Alumni Department also need to use merit system than can pull student to involve in club. For example club help more to learn how to be a good leadership because when we expose more we will find more information and how to manage the club to improve our club afford.
So as a student , we should be active not only in club but also in all aspect like education , experiences and a good relation with other people. When we have all the aspect we will more easy to manage organization because we have all aspects to be a good leadership. The other factor to be a good leader is networking because good networking will make student to have their self confidence and good public relation.In the future leader skills will help student to have good characteristic in their working area. The company also need graduation that have a good leadership and not only their certificate.Meaning that leadership is other important factor company to choose after their certificate.
Last but list, I can conclude that leadership skills in important although after student graduate because we will use it for the whole life time.
"leadership skills", what is leadership skill? for me, the definition of leadership skill is a function of knowing yourself, having a vision that is well communicated, building trust among colleagues, and taking effective action to realize your own leadership potential. for this topic, to improve the leadership skill of students, the student itself should have self confidence and a good criteria to be leadership. for TATiUC, administration department should provide more activities or seminar that can build leadership skills such as camping, leadership courses and more. from this activities, students can obtain the characteristic to be the great leadership.The students that have the criteria as a leadership should be given the chance to lead a club, group or organization at TATiUC so the student can obtain knowledge and experience as a leader. the student also can develop the good ideas for the others. as for the graduates, this leadership skills will help us a lot because we already have the self confidence and experience as a leadership. from this skills, we can easily get a job offer. On 3 rd March 2010, this country shock with news about baby died and burn in dustbin. This news very sad to Malaysian and it very not humanity. This is example when pregnancy among the teenager. The crime it just not happens but it has chain of critical event. This situation happened because relationships free sex between male and female. If the female pregnant most of male do not responsibility and baby are born discard anywhere.
This social problem happen because they less religion knowledge. With religion the teenager estrange herself from drug problem, free sex, family problem and drinking alcohol is became the reason happen pregnancy among the teenager. Teen are easily caught in love addict situation which means they are willing to do anything as ask by their boyfriend. For the solution to prevent the scenario happen again and again we must think how to manage settle the entire problem about the teenager problem. Do not just blame the teenager about the false but all the society especially our parents must take a good action to care her daughter from fallen into the teenager pregnant while young. The parents especially, must know who their children friend and go out. Do not give permission, if parent do not know with whom there out! With the maximum control they can prevent this bad happen. Today parents just busy with their work until forget for give or teach their daughter moral value in life. Do not depend on their teacher to teach the all moral value, but the best way to create the excellent human character is from our parents. Finally, parents should also be counseled to help their own children through this difficult period in their development.
As the conclusion, I not have any ideal for this comment this week. This topic very good but I not enough knowledge and understanding this topic. I confirm I not include in teenage pregnant, but I can make teenage pregnant. So I should be more responsibility. That’s all.
